Ingredients

Large potatoes 4 things.
Butter 1 tbsp. l.
Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
Mustard 2 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Dill dry 1 tsp
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • Peel the potatoes, cut them lengthwise into 4 pieces. Dry with a paper towel.
  • Melt the butter for 30 sec. in the microwave, mix with olive oil and mustard in a deep bowl. Put prepared potatoes there, sprinkle with paprika and dill and salt. Mix well. Place in a non-stick bowl, turn on the "Simmer +" mode, set to 120 degrees, 30 minutes, cover with a lid with an open valve. Stir 1-2 times during cooking.

After all, girls bake biscuits on Kasha, I think that potatoes should also be baked. But the program did not want to count down, and the lid did not lock. I set the pressure to 0.7, Porridge, 30 minutes. The program started working and the countdown started. The lid was opened 15 minutes after the end of the program.
The potatoes turned out to be delicious, but not as fried and beautiful as yours. Next time I'll add more mustard and paprika.

I didn't even have two oils mixed, but three! : D Fried potatoes with smoked bacon, i.e. olive, butter and ghee! And I added three more cloves of garlic on a fine grater, there is still that smell in the kitchen !!! in the sense of appetizing
