Cooking method

  • This is an adaptation (recalculation) of my recipe model from Omela, Bork. Cheese bread. (https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=162086.0)
  • I counted it to 500g - for a double form. It turned out perfect the first time. Only instead of ginger (it was not there) I put what it was: hops-suneli without salt and basil. First I measured the liquids: cold milk, warm water (not hot), then butter in a piece of soft (not heated), then flour, on top, as usual - yeast in the middle, salt, spices and sugar around the edges, grated cheese on top. It turned out to be a perfect match for my wheat-rye on kvass wort.
  • In the photo there is a hole from the scapula. I cut across, starting from the bottom.

And judging by the instructions, there is no rye bread program in it, is that so?

There is no rye bread program, I bake wheat-rye bread on kvass wort (the recipe is laid out) in the main mode. I took it "out of greed" - you can bake the largest loaves. And because the body is metal. But in reality it turned out that we do not eat that much bread. Now I bake in a double form, 500g each. It is possible to set the program manually. And so - happy: quiet, no foreign odors, does not warm the air. I baked a capital cupcake in it (I also laid it out) - it's very tasty. She made pizza dough. Disadvantage - no yogurt regimen and poor recipe book. Only the recipe for "Bread" was obtained from it.
