  • I just adapted it for our Borchik.
  • Garlic (crush), onion (cut into large cubes), carrots in half rings.
  • Fry the onions on the Browning mode, add the garlic and carrots, and fry for a few more minutes.
  • Add a can of tomatoes in their own juice (along with juice), paprika, stew. Deactivate browning mode.
  • Add small cubed meat, coarsely chopped potatoes, water to a saucepan to coat the meat and vegetables. (I got it right up to the 3 liter mark), salt. Stir gently.
  • Add bay leaves and allspice peas.
  • Switch on the Extinguishing mode.
  • At the end of the program, add greens to the bowl, stir and leave on the Warm-up for 7-10 minutes (how long you can endure, this does not work with my family and we eat the first plate right away. Well, the additive is after some time).
  • Bon Appetit!

Karmelita30, Natalia, hello, why is it still stewing, and not a multi-cook, like in ROMA? Do you like it better? For some reason, I have stewed dishes in our struggle, if with so much liquid, I'm over the edge already afraid to add a drop of water there. I still want to try this recipe on a multi-cooker.

Hello!
Now I have also learned how to use the Multi-Cook and I cook almost everything with it. I make this soup and other soups for 55 minutes at 102 *.

During extinguishing or at 103 *, a lot of liquid is poured out when steam is released.
