Baked vegetable salad and two types of sauce

Ingredients

Eggplant 1 PC
Pepper 1-2 pcs
Zucchini or cabaret 1 PC
Onion 1 PC
Sauce 1:
Basil or other herbs 1-2 twigs
Finely chopped garlic 2 tooth
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
Salt pepper
Sauce 2:
Finely chopped garlic 2 tooth
Sour cream 1/2 cup
Milk 1 tbsp. l.
Basil or other herbs 1/4 cup
Mustard 2 tsp
Salt pepper

Cooking method

  • One of my favorite salads. It can be warm or it can be cold. Tasty for those who are losing weight :) also quick and easy to prepare. I serve it with any meat, porridge. I love it very much and always eat a ton! Offer with sauces of your choice!
  • Heat the oven to 180 degrees, make cuts on the eggplant and pepper, and brush lightly with olive oil along with the zucchini. Put on a baking sheet, put in whole and unpeeled onions. Bake everything for 15-20 minutes. All ovens are different.
  • Baked vegetable salad and two types of sauce
  • Remove the skin from warm ones (eggplant, pepper). Cut all the vegetables into large squares, coarsely also cut a couple of basil sprigs or your favorite greens. Season with sauce. Serve immediately while still warm!

Note

To make it beautiful, I take peppers of different colors. For a riot of colors!
