Is pork roast a ready-made dish? Or raw pork cut into pieces?
Karmelita30
TATbRHA, everything is correct. Raw pork, cut into pieces. We take in the meat department.

TATbRHA, Bon Appetit! In fact, it turned out very tasty. We cooked for 3 days, and already ate everything (with the addition).

Karmelita30,, I also cooked more yesterday in the calculation and for today too, but still ate it yesterday! I'll put it on in the evening. Thank you, what a delicious, classic combination - pork with cabbage.

Karmelita30, Thank you!
Great recipe. I always have something on my skillet that burns ... Either the cabbage sticks, or the onion sticks. And here is just a fairy tale ...
True, I added smoked brisket ... Aroma ..... Oh-ball-do!
