Scrambled eggs with tomatoes from childhood

Ingredients

egg 2 pcs.
medium tomato 1 PC.
onion (medium head) 1/4
black pepper
salt / sugar
frying oil 1h l.

Cooking method

  • She is in the monastery style, she is in French. "He's Goga, he's Zhora .." (c)
  • I met many names. Just a reminder for the forgetful, because the season of its own sweet tomatoes.
  • My husband is dying on these scrambled eggs. We have been preparing it since childhood (in his family too). It works well with its own tomatoes or southern ones. With Turkish and Dutch plastic, it turns out not that!))
  • For every 2 eggs, take 1 medium ripe fleshy tomato and a quarter of an onion.
  • The onion is cut into small cubes, fried a little in oil, then a tomato is chopped into larger cubes (1cmx1cm or 1.5 by 1.5cm) and then in a frying pan. Season with salt and sprinkle with a pinch of sugar (the "side dish" should turn out sweetish, resembling tomato ketchup), pepper. Over medium heat, almost evaporate the liquid (almost!) And beat the eggs on top. You can fry the whole eggs over low heat, you can mix, making scrambled eggs (scrambled eggs) with tomatoes. Tasty both ways. I almost always mix.
  • And then you can have coffee and buns. To prolong the pleasure!))

Note

The husband ate his portion and finished the meal for his daughter (well, not for the dogs). He would have finished for someone else, if it had not ended)). "If your dinner consists of a bitten cutlet and smeared mashed potatoes, you definitely have children!" (C) Good husband. Recycling!

Tomorrow, September 1 ... I'm going to hang myself ... If you need me, yell louder, otherwise I'm very busy there: I'm soaping the rope.

Nata, thanks for reminding me! We love these eggs too!
Babushka
Nata, this is our favorite dish ... But looking at the photo, I immediately remembered my childhood trips to the sea and life in a camping .. Adults went early in the morning for fermented baked milk and eggs, then cooked such scrambled eggs and woke up the children ... Tents, sand, call signs radio station Lighthouse from a transistor ... Thank you for pleasant emotions ..

And I love it, just this, with liquid whole yolk)) Last week I cooked, unfortunately, only eggs were my own, local greenhouse tomatoes ((
kolobashka
Scarecrow, come on, you'll get used to it. I thought there was no other foot in school, but that's how it happened. Tomorrow again in 1st grade! YesichO, complain, together we will survive as a thread.
kolobashka
Yes, I forgot about the eggs.
I love with garlic, but this is probably a completely different recipe. I'll get it, I'll show it.
Taia
And I really like this recipe, very, very much. True, this is not a recipe from childhood, unfortunately, goraaaazdo began to cook later. Now I do not perceive scrambled eggs otherwise except as cooked.
Nata, you wrote the recipe right down to the smallest detail.
Scarecrow
And I have my own tomatoes (mom's) and homemade eggs (we buy from friends). Even onions from the garden. Yes, I'm cool, definitely!)))

kolobashka,

You're kidding, right? I'll get used to it ... Yeah. One goes to 11th grade, the second to 4. After 4 years, send another one to grade 1. Where did I make them so much?)))

Three of us have recently been sitting with friends! In the house 8 !!! children from 16 years old to 0.5 (two have three and one has two): shout, din, who reads, who draws, who eats, who swears, who drives the dogs ... An angry bark followed: "So! Everyone shut up and get out of the dining room !! let the moms have tea and play !! " Gee-gee followed by Katka's rhetorical question: "What were we thinking about? ..."

+ 1, only I still have a Bulgarian pepper
Scarecrow
Olga VB,

For a Bulgarian pepper they will hang me on the very first aspen. And they won't see that I am a mother of three children. beloved wife and in general quite a valuable household item!
My husband hates bell peppers .... And, besides, there was no bell pepper in our scrambled eggs in childhood. Never.
Olga VB
Well, my childhood in more southern latitudes stemmed ...
And you, of course, need to protect yourself from "hanging on the very first aspen", including the absence of pepper.
It's a pity, this is so delicious.
Incidentally, my husband also didn’t like something there, and then he accidentally found out that he had been eating "this very thing" on both cheeks for a long time
The only thing he never liked was milk froth. But here I am already with intent: I get more

At your age, my youngest of three sons was 1 year old. What are your years: still give birth When the eldest went to grade 11, the youngest is in grade 1
And my scrambled eggs are "with a duck", because they love soft-boiled eggs But I usually get a cool yolk. And the husband can cook "soft-boiled".
Scarecrow
Albina,

In my years my youngest is 2 years old. She will go to first grade only in 4 years))).
Do you have an egg cooker? I always thought it was the stupidest device (well, what is it - boil eggs). Then I bought it out of curiosity, and now only in it I cook. I like bagged eggs, i.e. hard white and soft-liquid yolk. This I am inclining to the "macaque"))). Delicious - finally.
Vasilica
Nata, in my childhood, too, there were scrambled eggs with bell pepper! And then, from an Azerbaijani neighbor, I learned to add eggplant (salt, rinse and squeeze a lot), oo-oo-this is finally a song!

And another shout to all the surroundings (it's in the garden at the dacha): "I was packing!"
I have three grandchildren: two twins and their older brother, tomorrow he goes to first grade.
Firecracker
I just aabazy such eggs, we called it in French, dad always cooked. Nata, thank you, very pleasant memories! And the husband does not eat this, he only has to fry for himself, it is a pity that it is very rare. I also sprinkle all sorts of herbs on top .. delicious!

My mom already has five))). The sixth is expected / planned. Or the sixth / seventh (the first sister has twins, so you can expect everything from her))).

Yes, we also had it codenamed "in French". And the husband says that in their family it was called "in a monastery". Although I have never heard such a name except from him.
Firecracker
Natasha, what kind of oil do you use? I like to fry onions and tomatoes in vegetable, and before throwing in the eggs add a little creamy, this smell becomes delicious ..!
Scarecrow
I almost always keep ghee in stock. I really like it a lot where. And in porridge too. It is almost identical in characteristics to the vegetable, but its smell is indescribable.

I also love soft-boiled eggs. But for over 20 years I have not eaten Salmonellosis, I'm afraid
Naroma
And we still go there sausage or sausages in wheelchairs ...
And a bigger tomato, so that the liquid was straight, dunk !!!

I am also afraid of salmonella, and therefore, when I fry eggs, I check the eggs for the integrity of the shell, then wash them thoroughly several times with soap, and then keep them for 10 minutes in water with soda (I listened in the program that it was a good method of disinfection).

but mnu and onions do not have a current of fried fondants to sourness ...Just recently, I did and flashed a thought, but is it on the forum? But as it flashed, it disappeared into the endless expanses of Gzhel .... And Natakha was right there, I thought I caught it and "here you go, eat and be nostalgic!"

I love, sho b pamadorkas in mashed potatoes were overcooked ... for Masya I make a peephole, the rest love bumpiness, the one that they knead right in a frying pan .... Oh, mother dear, tomorrow everyone will go to school, and I’ll make such an egg for myself !!!!
Natasha * Chamomile
Nata, how I love these scrambled eggs! And indeed, with their own, ripe on the bush, and not with ripened in a box or bought, tomatoes! It's just yummy!
