Powdered potato puree 50 g
Milk / kefir / whey / water 225 ml
Salt 0.75 tsp
Honey / sugar 0.5 tbsp. l
Vegetable oil / lard 1 tbsp. l
Dry yeast 1 tsp
Any spices taste

Cooking method

  • After kneading in a bread maker, I let the cake come up longer in the form, gently grease the top, sprinkle it (for example, with sesame or Adyghe salt), bake for about 20 minutes at an oven temperature of 180-190 * C.
  • The flatbread is tasty, fluffy, tender.

Note

Serum and lard are tastier and fluffier than water with vegetable oil. Even when kneading, on a signal, I added pork rinds, but not too dried, it turned out very, very.

Sometimes I only bake with dill. Sometimes I add two tablespoons of some unbearably odorous spices: coriander, pepper, basil, all sorts of mixtures (my husband is a herbal soul, then I don’t eat such cakes) ... I bake often.

Once I baked in a bread machine like ordinary bread - also delicious. But for the husband, it turned out, the shape matters ... Or maybe it tastes better in the oven.
