I took my box from the store and while carrying it, looked askance at the girl from the box, and her ridiculous gesture - it seems like she wants to strangle her neck with one hand, but her friend's hand does not allow her to do this. And who thought of putting it on the box (the marketer says this in me)

I brought it home and unpacked it: everything inside is neat. The assembly is good, the lid fits snugly, there are no obvious gaps.

For the first dough, I decided to make bread from the ready-made mixture - so that later I would not blame the moisture of flour, water and wrong recipes - to understand exactly whether the stove is working well or not.
I took this mixture. Bread Maker Redmond 1906 (with yoghurt setting)
I ran through the recipes from the book and looked at what program they make bread with rye flour - it turned out to be on the first one.

KNIT:
the motor makes a decent noise, it feels a little strained. The stove itself is small, light and plastic, so it vibrates when kneading, sausages it a little, but does not move anywhere, it just shakes like a washing machine when spinning.
But I mixed the bun well, I didn't have to add anything.
Here is the result after three hours

Everything is delicious, the crust is good, thin and crunchy. One moment - the mixture is designed for a loaf of 750 grams, well, and I installed the appropriate program. but the loaf was high, I think it would support the lid by 1000. This does not bother me at all, because for our family there are 750 grams per eye and all the recipes I have are old for exactly that amount. But maybe it will be important for someone.

We will try further. And make yogurt tomorrow.
Kleopatra9
The yoghurt turned out: it fermented better with activism than with evitalia.
I tried to make dough for pies - something didn't rise much, but most likely the tremors were a little old! But they ate the pies anyway))

What technology has come to! I make yogurt in MV, also Redmond, by the way. It turns out that HP has such a regime.

Kleopatra9Please tell us what else you did, what kind of bread was baked. I also have such a bread maker now. What is the smallest bread you make?

I'm happy with the bread maker, but I haven't tried all the functions yet.
Today I baked bread with dill according to a recipe from the forum
Flour - 500 gr.
Yeast - 1, 5 tsp
Grows. oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 - 1.5 tsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
Water - 300 ml.,
just put a little less sugar - 1.5 tbsp. l., a little more salt - almost 2 tsp, dill poured over the eye, oil - 1 tbsp. l. (I was mistaken, it would be better if two) and there could have been a little more water Gingerbread man felt, seemed the same as it should be according to the descriptions. The top is cracked, they write that this is from a lack of water. But I am satisfied with the taste and density, or rather airiness.

Another lean sweet bread in my now beloved bread.
Bread Maker Redmond 1906 (with yoghurt setting)
Warm compote - 150 ml (you can take a little more so that the bread is airier, but with that amount it's also good)
Sunflower oil - 72 ml. (6 tablespoons)
Salt - 3 g. (Oh, 5 tsp)
Sugar - 70 gr (6 tablespoons)
Flour (Makfa) - 450 gr (3 faceted glasses)
Dry yeast - 7.5 gr. (2.5 tsp)

I have been using the bread maker for 1.5 months, while I bake only milk and French bread, I am very pleased with the result)) The bread is delicious, airy, baked well, and the crust is brown. And the dough in the bread maker turns out great, both yeast and dumplings. I take the recipes from the book that was included. I was satisfied with the purchase, I hope our bread maker will continue to delight us with fresh bread)))
Maruska7
Please tell me if you need to weigh all the ingredients on the scales? And then in some bread makers people write only by weights) thanks !!!
pravum
Maruska7, I have no scales, I measure everything with faceted glasses and a measuring spoon. Sometimes I experiment and change the weight at my own discretion. I estimate approximately the ratio of water and everything else, and then I see what kind of bun it turns out. I can add something.

I tried to cook rice porridge according to the recipe and books. The ingredients, however, put on the eye, set the time 45 minutes, as recommended. The rice was not cooked at all. When the program ended, there was half-baked rice on the bottom, milk on top. Dovaril in a saucepan, still less had to stand side by side and interfere. Maybe later I'll try to set another time, but I feel sorry for spending something on porridge.

I bought this bread maker for myself and a birthday present. I was very afraid that everything would work out. Thank God, I did not disappoint. I am very pretty and the household is constantly asking for something tasty. Everything that baked everything worked out, but I took the recipes from the forum.

please tell us what exactly you baked. Otherwise, I only bake simple and sweet bread, I think what else to come up with, but I just can't think of it.
OVB1975
Elena, I baked a cupcake from the forum. Simply amazing taste, it became our favorite for tea. I baked cheese and rye bread, also from this forum. In general, I prefer recipes proven and already tested by members of the forum. Yes, I also put the dough on the pies, just super. The main thing is not to be afraid to try. With this bread maker you don't need to be afraid of anything, everything will work out
Lilyushka
Hello!
Please write down the dimensions and weight of this HP.
How are wheat-rye bread made?
I wonder if you can bake sourdough bread in this oven?
The bread maker with the function of yogurt also attracts. What is the volume of the yogurt container?
I rush in search of HP.

If possible, please send a recipe or links in a personal message, I'm afraid I won't find it on the forum.

What is the volume of the yogurt container?
In my opinion, too small. I can't say for sure, I don't remember where I hit him as unnecessary. It is very convenient to choose on YandexMarket, there are sizes and you can make a comparison list.

Owners of REDMOND RBM-1906, please tell me the dimensions (W * D * H) of a bread machine and a bucket.I didn't find it in the store to see it, I will order it via the Internet, the dimensions are not indicated anywhere, even the manufacturer's website does not have this information.
sazalexter
Diva, There are no new buckets for this HP, there are similar ones too.
Anna5596
Good day. I met a difficult decision when choosing a stove, and maybe there is something better in terms of price / functionality than Redmond RBM-1908 🔗 (link for comparison, I hope you can)?
Diva
Girls, why so no one will write the dimensions of the bread machine and the bucket?

dimensions of a bread machine and a bucket
I don’t know how to measure them correctly. If you take a centimeter and grab a bucket, you get 48 cm. From handle to handle at the top, 14.5 cm. (This is from a piece of iron to a piece of iron) Inside the bucket is 13.5 cm. The height of the bucket is 20 cm and 4mm. This is measured from the table to the top, including the bottom circle. Write down what to measure at the bread machine.

Diva
pravum, thanks!
Please measure the width, height, depth at the bread machine. Find out whether it will fit where she took the place.
pravum
It is so curved, I can be wrong by about 1 cm. Height 31 cm, width 17, depth 36 cm.

Millet porridge in this bread maker is also good. Today for the first time I made half a portion according to the recipe from the Internet. I took 0.5 cups of millet, 1 cup of water, 1.5 cups of milk. Salt and sugar by eye. I also immediately put in the butter. I set the cooking mode for an hour. I like the ultimate slut. Less cooked in multicooker. I'm happy with the result. Even then I didn't add oil.
Maruska7
Good day!!!!! Help please ...... the first time I make bread, I chose a classic lush bread from the recipe, I added everything, but an hour has passed, and it has not yet kneaded the bun ((((((what is wrong, maybe the bread machine is not working properly ..... tell me flour according to the recipe you need 800 g. And a measuring cup in ml and oz, you needed a measuring cup for 200 ml or as it should be 800 g
Mams
Maruska7, mark on a glass in 200 ml of water not equal 200 grams of flour. This is your mistake.

A standard 240-250 ml glass holds approximately 150-160 g. flour. Your 200 means even less. grams 120-130 (very approximately). This means that if you measure 200 ml in your cups, then 800 grams of flour will be about 6-6.5 glasses. If you put 4 cups, then the kolobok will not be close, there will be a squishing liquid.

If the recipes are in grams, buy yourself a scale, they are inexpensive and very much needed in the kitchen.
Maruska7
Please tell me how to measure flour correctly ..... there is no faceted glass. Nothing happens (((((((as it seems to me due to the wrong amount of flour
Maruska7
Thank you so much!!!!!

I use a faceted glass to measure both flour and water. If there was no glass, I would try with cups and establish the proportion experimentally.

Good day!!!!! I tried to make 2 recipes from the book airy white classic, I already weighed the flour and again nothing happened and it didn’t knead the bun ((((((. Please tell me you are doing it according to recipes? I don’t know how to check it anymore, maybe it’s defective why doesn’t knead it .. .. already helped her
pravum
And what happens instead of a kolobok?
Maruska7
Just not completely kneaded dough and started baking
Waist
Maruska7, So hard to say ... you would take a picture.
After kneading, there is no baking at once, first proofing, kneading, or even a little during the proofing process, and then baking.
What is the maximum weight of flour written in the instructions for your HP, maybe you use more and, accordingly, it cannot really knead. It is very important !!!
I have in Panasonic maximum 600 gr of flour for XL bread.

Today I made 1 jar of natural activation for 0.5 liters of milk. I put it on for 8 hours, the yoghurt turned out to be tasty and the whey did not separate. Tomorrow I'll do it for a liter.

And I forgot to ask about the amount of activity per liter.
I took 300 grams, milk a little less than a liter, how much was in the container.
Uleona
And how thick did it turn out? Added sugar? If not, can this be done? We love sweet.
Diva
The density depends on the fat content of the milk, you can add more cream. I did it without sugar, but it is possible with sugar and with jam and with pieces of fruit ... do not be afraid to experiment
