Mexican mix (frozen) in Steba

Ingredients

Mexican mix (frozen) 600-800g
Salt taste
Pepper taste
Olive oil 3-4 tbsp. l.
Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Put frozen vegetables in the bowl of the pressure cooker without defrosting. We select the Vegetables mode, pressure 0.7, time 4 minutes.
  • I really like not overcooked vegetables, but these types of aldente.
  • I cook for 4 minutes, at the end of the program I forcibly release the pressure.
  • I add salt, freshly ground pepper, olive oil, lemon juice. I mix everything, cover with a lid and give to make friends for 5 minutes.
  • You can eat both hot and cold.
