Eggs stuffed with salmon or salmon

Ingredients

Boiled eggs large 6 items
Fillet of salmon or salmon lightly salted 200 g
Cream cheese 3 table. l
Vegetable oil 3 table. l
Chopped dill 2 table. l
Sour cream 1 table. l
Green onion 1 table. l
Dijon mustard 2 tea. l
Sugar 1 tea l
Vinegar 1 table. l

Cooking method

  • Cut the eggs in half and take out the yolks. Finely chop the salmon fillet. Mash the yolks with a fork. Add salmon fillet, cheese, sour cream, 1 tsp. l mustard, finely chopped dill (1 table. l) and very finely chopped onion. Mix everything well until smooth. Stuff the proteins.
  • Sauce: mix 1 tsp. l mustard + sugar + butter + vinegar and the remaining dill.
  • Pour eggs with this sauce when serving.
  • Decorate with tomatoes and herbs.

Girls, I have already made this dish several times for the festive table. Success is guaranteed! Moreover, many people love stuffed eggs.
Some of my explanations:
I did not abuse dill, so I did not add it to the sauce at all (not everyone loves it);
cream cheese (that's so in the original recipe) I think it's like Philadelphia. Deciding to save money, I bought a cheaper one of our production "Cow". Having figured it out at home, I read that it was processed cream cheese. It is quite soft, interferes well and it turned out remarkably tasty. So don't be afraid to use this too. Now I will only use it. If only it was creamy;
you will have a lot of mass for the filling, so fill not only the inside of the protein, but also make a sphere on top of the entire area;
prepare the sauce in advance. Water the eggs before serving - that's a second.
But delicious !! and quite unusual! as they say, "not beaten", something new.
