Salad Light lunch

Ingredients

Turkey fillet 150 g
Cherry tomatoes 150 g
Green salad 1 bunch
Cucumbers 2 pcs
Greens (parsley, dill)
White croutons (dried without oil)
Olive oil 4 tbsp. lies.
salt pepper sugar
white wine vinegar 4 tbsp. lies.
balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp. lodges

Cooking method

  • I saw the recipe in the magazine, "It's just delicious" and immediately wanted such a salad!
  • Cut the vegetables, and fry the turkey fillet in a preheated grill pan for about 2-3 minutes. I fry the fillets whole, after frying I cut them into slices.
  • This way it does not lose juice. Do not salt the meat during frying, it is best marinated in a dressing.
  • The dressing is delicious and goes well with vegetable salads. Combine everything and pour over the salad before serving.
