tofu 500 gr.
Sweet pepper 4-5 pcs.
onion 2 pcs.
garlic 3-4 cloves
Sesame oil 3 tbsp. spoons
soy sauce 3-5 tbsp. spoons
ginger optional
sesame (seeds) optional

Cooking method

  • I advise you to prepare all the ingredients, and then start cooking, because you need to fry everything quickly.
  • So. Cut the tofu into 1 ± 1 cm cubes. Pepper - into large pieces. Onions in thin half rings. Garlic - as you like, I just crush on the board with a knife (flat). I cut ginger into thin, not large slices.
  • Now you can put the wogs on the fire, heat them properly with sunflower oil and put the tofu there. Stir. When fried from different sides, add the rest of the vegetables. You need to fry over high heat. Toss and add sesame oil, ginger, garlic and soy sauce. Since I have Korean soy sauce, I poured 3 tablespoons, and if the sauce is different, then 5 tablespoons are possible, in general, choose your own to your taste. Stirred, fried for 2-3 minutes and turn off. Do not fry this dish for a long time. You can sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve!
