Tomatoes under the snow
Guzel62
Tatka inserted a photo, and I'll write a report.
Closed 9 liter jars!
Now I don't eat any other tomatoes, so I close only those. Tomatoes this year are all small (like cherry), Although I planted different ones, there are many salad and large ones. But all of them were born small, gained neither weight, nor taste, nor juiciness ... what to do with them? Had to close! Of course, the volumes are not very much, but I have not closed 3 liter cans for 20 years! Liter or one and a half liter - that's my size!
Nobody wants fresh tomatoes, but these ... just with a bang!
Thanks again for the recipe! These years, only this recipe I use! After draining the liquid, I put everything (pour it, calculating the rate for this jar) DIRECTLY into the jar, then I just pour it with boiling water, twist the lid, turn it over, shake it (so that the salt-sugar dissolves) and remove it until it cools! All! Half an hour and seaming is ready! The fastest, easiest and most delicious recipe!

Svetlana, these are Guzelki tomatoes in the photo, not mine. I posted her photo report because she can't get it on her phone.

Ledka,
Svetochka, I don’t get tired of thanking you for these tomatoes. I have been spinning them since the age of 15, that is, the third year already. Today I made 7 cans, 2 and 3 liters. Tomorrow I will continue to twist 1.5 liters. Thank you, my friend !!! What my family has not tried for almost 40 years of my canning experience, and these are now in the first place.
Ledka
Andreevna, Alexandra, how glad I am that I was able to share a delicious recipe. Good blanks to you

Svetlana, I came to say thank you for sharing the recipe!
Last year I tried it and I don't want anything else.
And again I printed it out for the upcoming blanks so that it was already at hand.

Svetlana, yesterday I closed 6 cans according to your prescription. I am using it for the first time, but I don’t worry about the result at all - they will not advise bad things at "Mcooker"!

Tatiana_CI hope you like the tomatoes

And write, please, how much sugar, salt, vinegar to put per liter of brine. It's easier for me to count, because the volume of cans is different. I love these tomatoes. But we did it with garlic in the "ass". And it takes more time. And I lost the recipe. But I eat a jar of 0.75 liters at a time along with the brine. I want to do this, it turns out faster in time.
Ledka
Olya2017, Olga, my recipe for a three-liter can is calculated. I mainly do in one and a half, liter just divide about salt-sugar. But basically, a three-liter jar takes one and a half liters of liquid, which means about 4 tablespoons of sugar and a little more than half of the salt per liter of water.

Svetlana, Thank you!!!

Svetlana, but tell me, please, do you need to wrap the cans after seaming, or just turn them over?
asena
Ledka, thanks for the recipe! In winter we will try)

ElenaM, I wrapped it up, because I think that slow cooling will only benefit.
Ledka
ElenaM, I just saw. I don't wrap tomatoes
