  • This recipe belongs to Italian cuisine. It turned out very tasty. It will also work well with brown and white mushrooms.
  • Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Clean the mushrooms with a dry brush, then rinse them well from the sand under running water. Leave the small ones like that, chop the large mushrooms (large).

If the tomatoes are large, do not be too lazy to remove the skin from them first. Cut the tomatoes in several places, blanch them, put them on ice and calmly peel them off. Add to mushrooms and simmer for 1 minute.
