Ingredients

Wheat flour 110 g
Butter 110 g
Sugar sand 110 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Baking dough Dr. Oetker 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • The recipe is for 12 cupcakes.
  • 1. Preheat the oven to 160 C or 355 F
  • 2. Beat eggs with sugar. Add softened butter, then flour with baking powder (1 teaspoon). Beat the dough at high speed in a planetary mixer until fluffy.
  • 3. Put the capsules for cupcakes (diameter 5 cm at the bottom) into the molds. Spread out the dough using an ice cream spoon - one spoon for 1 cupcake.
  • 4. Bake cupcakes at 160-165 C for about 2 minutes.
  • I baked for less than 20 minutes on medium level with convection
  • You can add dye to the dough.

Immediately out of the oven, they seemed to me too fat and sweet. But the next day they are delicious! Directly resemble biscuits that are sold in stores so sealed. They are not dry at all, so no additional impregnation is needed.
Tasty! I covered with icing (icing sugar + water) and it was delicious! But eat the next day and not immediately from the oven
For my taste, a fat cream is better not here, since the mouthpieces themselves are quite fat, I would recommend the Italian meringue here. But that's for my taste.

I think you can :) I just had one in stock. the original recipe just says - self-rising flour + baking powder. What kind of powder I don’t know.

Tanyshka, it doesn't matter which baking powder you take, except 1, but I have different brands at home and they are all designed for 500 g of flour 1 sachet, but the weight of the sachet is different:

Oetker 10g sachet for 500g flour
Povna Bowl 12 g per 500 g flour
Nectar 15g per 500g flour

I cleaned the usual unsalted butter 82%, I think if the oil is less fat, it will not be bad either. I will experiment. I try to make baking as easy as possible without losing its taste.
