Pie with apricots in a pressure cooker Polaris 0305

Ingredients

butter 100 g
eggs 2 pcs
sugar 1/2 st
flour 1.5 tbsp.
baking powder 1 tsp
vanilla sugar 1/2 p.
apricots
sugar for apricot 2 tbsp. l.
icing sugar for decoration

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer, add softened butter and mix until smooth. Next, sift the flour and mix it with vanilla sugar and baking powder. This mixture must be added to the resulting egg mixture and knead a homogeneous dough like thick sour cream.
  • Transfer 1/3 of the dough into a bowl. Set the "Baking" program, pressure 1, time 10 minutes. Put the rest of the dough into the freezer.
  • While the dough is baking, break the apricots into halves and wrap them in sugar. After the signal, open the lid of the multicooker (I did not get the bowl) and spread the apricots in a circle. Either grate the dough that was in the freezer, or tear it into pieces with your hands (moisten your hands with water), sprinkle the apricot on top. Close the lid, Baking program, pressure 3, time 40 minutes.
  • Try it, it is sooooooo delicious !!!!!

I have a pressure of 1, 2 and 3. in my pressure cooker, it would just take a little longer for a grade, I think about 10-15 minutes.
Alenka212
So 1 is the highest?

Anya, thanks for the recipe! : rose: The sand cake is always delicious.
Tell me, have you tried to bake it not in 2 stages, but in 1? After all, the top still does not blush.

: girl-q: Why? The temperature is higher.
Alenka212
Yeah, so I can 10 minutes without pressure, and then 40 with him.

there the dough is like thick sour cream, so if you bake right away, then the apricots will sink to the very bottom, and if in two stages, they will be in the middle of the pie.

Girls! And what is your temperature in Redik at pressures of 1-2-3?

In Borok we cannot choose the pressure, but we can set the levels 1-2-3 (150-180-230С).

I want to try this cake :)
Thanks a lot to the author of the recipe!

And what is your temperature in Redik at pressures of 1-2-3?
Karmelita30, we have Polaris. "Baking" works without pressure, setting 1,2,3 we adjust the heating: 120, 135, 150.
Your Borok is too hot. More like frying. How to bake with such heat ?!
Try to ask Lena Tim, she, it seems to me, baked something according to recipes for our Polaris. Perhaps he will tell you how to adapt the recipe to Bork.
