Kaaak ???
Tanya, my handle cracked, and apparently, when it became loose (as if it was "walking" up and down and to the sides), it bent the body itself, there was a dent on it, in general I threw it away .... a new one, a week is already coming ... so that soon I will be with you ...
Omela
Gal, it's a pity, but their design is unreliable, of course.

Zhaaalko ... But soon the new one will come
I’m like no hands without her, I just bake twice a week, my husband makes himself all sorts of sweets with chapatki for breakfast in the morning for breakfast.

twice a week I bake for sure
And I do every day. I think you can start a double portion of 900 g of flour ??

Omela, made recently from corn + a little bit of a / c. So they were torn, tortured (my husband drags on from corn), in general, I baked several times and suffered, cracked. And the other day I decided to roll it out a little before baking, then into a chapatit and press it very lightly. So they turned out so pretty and none of them cracked. I discovered such a nuance for myself!

I used to do it for 2 servings, then for three, now for four, but when it got scary, it suddenly burns out ...
Therefore, I decided to knead to make 4 portions and bake in two steps.

As she came, the thought flashed through my mind that she, like a toy, is so thin on the top plate ...

Nooo, I don't bake every day, I make 600 g of flour, and store it in a serving dish. Today my husband has finished eating from the morning, now he has baked new ones, I have been baking something in milk lately and CZ + top grade. (Altai)
Omela
Gal, did you order which one? My friend now chooses too.

I make 600 g of flour,
Woo, and I need to go to 600, otherwise my 450s somehow fly away quickly.

marlanca, Galina, what a pity that they are so flimsy!

for 1 kg.
So I say that with bread as much flour does not go away as with chapatki.

This is exactly how they are not all suffer. We also have a recipe for Doxi mueslinic. I also bake a triple portion
These two recipes are the hits of 2014 in our family!

Ksyusha, ordered here 🔗..., I looked in the USA, with a thermostat, but there delivery is more expensive than the chapatnitsa itself ...
Omela
Well yes. I also advised this to her.
Kara
You go on, go on, I'll record!

I have to wait another month
Yulek
I love your cakes! I will take such a thing!
Omela
Julia, Thank you! only this is not a cake. My mother called them "biscuits".
