Ksenia, soooo I wanted hot chocolate, that despite the heat I cannot deny myself the pleasure and I will make it according to your recipe. Dark chocolate, as I understand it, the more percent the better? But does black pepper somehow unexpectedly give a smack? I also have a daughter, if I say that there is pepper in chocolate, then I can refuse.

I take chocolate that is delicious to my taste (this is such a tautology), that is, which I would gladly eat just like that.

I didn't tell my people about pepper. It is clearly not felt in the drink.

Ksenia, then I'll try it with pepper and won't tell anyone either. And I don’t like the heat, it’s unbearable in the apartment, I’m sitting there melting, I’ll just wait, on the contrary, the rain is colder and with a breeze. The thermometer is 33, but I still want hot chocolate.

Finally, my daughter was able to hide the taste of milk behind chocolate

Olesya, to the health of my daughter. And my son calls it chocolate milk, that is, a cocktail. We fool as we can.

After the sudden heat of April, it got colder. Snow fell again) And the recipe came in handy))
Very cozy chocolate - so soft and warming.
There is no need to be afraid of black pepper. In small doses, it is completely imperceptible, but it perfectly reveals the taste of chocolate (I know from baking). Pepper to face chocolate like borscht to face sugar
Brews quickly, without stress. Consumed with great pleasure
I repeated the next day, replacing the pepper with dry ground ginger. It turned out to be a completely different story - even warmer, Christmas-gingerbread. But tasty too
Thanks for a piece of warmth in a dank spring!
