Ingredients

Tomatoes 5 Kg
Onion 0.5KG
Carrot 0.5KG
Garlic 0.5KG
Sweet pepper 0.5KG
Bitter pepper 5 pieces.
Horseradish 4 roots
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Vinegar 9% 1 tbsp.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • Grind tomatoes, onions, carrots, bell peppers, garlic, horseradish in a meat grinder. Add salt, sugar, vinegar, vegetable oil and cook for 3 hours. In 15 minutes until the end, throw the ground bitter pepper. Cook for another 15 minutes and pour into jars, roll up.

Note

The recipe contains 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, for me this is a lot, I add 1 tbsp.
Glass 250 ml.
