Note

The recipe from the Cook site, author of JeSeKi, thank her very much!
I had cottage cheese, as Ira -Ikra says "pondering", and just then this recipe caught my eye. I brought all the ingredients and the amount exactly as indicated by the author, through a fraction I wrote how much I put in my cupcake. My cottage cheese was not homemade at all, but store-bought, pasty, and not fat at all, dietary. I added a large spoonful of "lemon sugar" to the dough.
The cake turned out to be very tasty, tender, with a light lemon note. I almost didn't feel the cottage cheese.
The recipe is good for lovers of curd baking, and for the disposal of "brooding" curd.

Bookmark it for sure! Tall just for our big family - an alternative to curd casserole - because the casserole turns out to be too small - they do not gorge themselves
Firecracker
Olesya, super cupcake! But there are two questions: what is the power of your MV (this is so that I could do it for my reorientation in time) and after the end of the "baking" mode they immediately got it out or held it with the lid open / closed, that is, here is a little more detailed.
Oh, and one more: the cake is dry / wet, that is, does it need any kind of impregnation?

Dammbler, FirecrackerThank you for your interest in the recipe, I really thought that only I liked it.
Elena, I baked in the VITEK 4200 multitool, power 800W.
The structure of the cake is not dry, it is quite juicy in my opinion, but not wet, so I will not tell you more about the impregnation, I usually do not soak the cake.
