Green beans fried with onions and tomatoes

Ingredients

Green beans 0.5kg
large onions 2 -3 pcs
tomato 2-3 pcs
salt
sugar
ground pepper
vegetable oil for jacri

Cooking method

  • Wash the beans, cut off the tails on both sides, if the bean pods are large, open them into 2-3 pieces. Boil for 8-10 minutes in salted water. Cut the onion into quarters, cook in a saucepan in vegetable oil until transparent, add the tomatoes cut into thin slices and fry over low heat until the juice from the tomato evaporates, salt during frying, add sugar and ground pepper to taste.
  • Use as a separate dish or side dish.
  • I had blue onions, so the dish is somewhat unusual in color.
