Chapatis with minced meat

Ingredients

Chapati
Flour (any flour is used: CH, chickpea, rice ... I take different proportions) 250 g
Liquid (water, milk, kefir, beer, whey) 150 ml.
Salt (if desired, you can make the caps bland)
Oil 4-5 st. l.
Filling
Minced meat at your request, I often use chicken or turkey.
Cheese on demand
Tomatoes on demand

Cooking method

  • With the purchase of a chapatnica, I stopped buying thin pita bread altogether, my cakes turn out to be much tastier and faster, you can make them at any time, and on the basis of these cakes, cook them, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks is a lovely thing.
  • My eaters often have such breakfast or dinner. It's fast, tasty and sooo satisfying. I baked chapatki with chocolate, coffee for tea is excellent.
  • We bake chapatis on a chapatnitsa, if you do not have one, then in any way convenient for you.
  • Layering the finished caps with minced meat, cheese and tomatoes, you can add pickled cucumber.
  • And bake in the grill until the minced meat is ready, about 8-10 minutes.
  • This is delicious!!!

Note

By the same principle, it is very tasty to cook chapatis on the fire, holding our preparations in the grill, very quickly and tasty, eaters eat these cakes with minced meat better than kebabs.
