Crab cocktail

Ingredients

Lightly salted salmon or trout 40 gr.
Shrimps are not small 3-5 pcs.
Squid 30-50 gr.
Hard cheese 5-10 gr.
Cabbage 1-2 tbsp. spoons
Fresh frozen green peas, young sweet 1 tbsp. the spoon
Crab sticks 15-30 gr.
Other seafood to taste and desire 20-50 gr.
Olives 3-5 pcs.
Lemon a piece
Sauce 2-3 spoons

Cooking method

  • The number of products is optional. In the recipe, I gave an approximate amount for 1 serving.
  • Crab cocktail
  • I prefer to make this salad in large wine glasses.
  • So prepare everything you need for the salad and put it in front of you. Cut everything beforehand, rub the cheese, cut the fish into large enough pieces to clearly feel the taste, there should be at least 40 grams per serving of fish. Boil the squid and cut into thin rings.
  • Prepare portioned containers and start filling them (I advise you to always make spare portions, they are just as tasty every other day, and eating up after a holiday is always tastier than eating at a holiday).
  • 1. Chinese salad (Peking cabbage), the greener the tastier, be sure to use the hard part of the leaf, it gives rigidity and taste.
  • 2. Fish.
  • 3. Peas (about a tablespoon per serving, just defrost and do nothing else with it).
  • 4. A little grated cheese and a spoonful of sauce.
  • 5.6.7.8. etc. seafood in stock.
  • The last layer of shrimp, a slice of fish, olives and lemon. And pour all this with sauce, but do not pour the whole salad, all the colors and ingredients should be visible.
  • If there is no sauce, then you can take good mayonnaise and add a couple of tablespoons of ketchup or good tomato sauce, classic or with additives, mix until a pale pink color is obtained and add to salad bowls.
  • Shrimp can be weighed over a glass and will also be very effective.

I cooked a wide one, I made the sauce according to this recipe, only without panceta

Cooking method
