Cooking method

  • The first time I made pilaf, I thought it was delicious, but then I decided to modernize my recipe and it turned out very tasty.
  • So:
  • Cut the chicken (or other meat) into small pieces, chop the carrots and onions (I do it in a food processor).

  • Pour oil into the bowl and turn on the Browning mode with the lid open.
  • Fry the onion, add the chicken (meat) to it, overcook it, add the carrot and overcook it again. (The last time I found out that it turns out to be on the Toasting, there is also a timer, before that I thought that only Cancel it can be turned off)

  • When the program turns off, add spices and water. (This is the whole point, then the rice will then turn out to be all beautifully golden and delicious). Stir gently.

  • Add rice, carefully distributing it across the entire width of our bowl. (Rice must be rinsed very well beforehand. I heard that up to 7 times, until the water becomes completely transparent - that's what I do. I don't just dangle it in a saucepan when I wash it, but also touch it with my hand). So, the rice has been distributed and we turn on the Pilaf program.

  • After 40 minutes (spotted) our delicious pilaf is ready.
