Super chicken liver pate in 15 minutes at Moulinex Cook4Me

Ingredients

Chicken liver 500 g
Butter 80 g
Cream 20% 100 g
Salt taste
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp
Paprika (ground red bell pepper) 1 tbsp. l.
Ground coriander (optional) 0.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • Grind all ingredients in a food processor or blender. The resulting minced meat will be very liquid, as it should be. Pour the minced meat into glass jars (I had 200 grams). An important point: you need to close the jars with screw caps, but not completely so that air can pass through (screwed the lid half a centimeter and that's enough).
  • Put the jars in a multicooker, pour water 1 cm below the lids of our jars and put on the fast cooking mode for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, we take out this beauty:
  • Super chicken liver pate in 15 minutes at Moulinex Cook4Me
  • stir until everything is hot and try :-)
  • The pate is simply amazing! Juicy and tender. Much tastier than fried liver pate.
  • Bon Appetit!

The dish is designed for

500 g

Time for preparing:

15 minutes

Cooking program:

Fast cooking

Note

Do not lengthen the cooking time. The first time I put the jar in for 15 minutes and the pate was not so tasty.
There was an idea to whip the finished pate in a food processor with some smoked meats ... you need to try

MariV
OlgaMSK, very, very interesting! And for me it is also very important. Bookmarked! Thank you!
irysikf
Interesting, but there is no such mode in my multicooker, and what are the parameters of this fast cooking mode, do you know by chance?
Raspberries
Interesting idea!
OlgaMSK
MariV, but how tasty !!! Definitely try
irysikf, on this mode, the cooking time is reduced by 4 times, I think that you need to set the "stewing" mode for 35-40 minutes
irysikf
Thank you!
kolobashka
Really? I often cook pates, including those from a bread machine, but this is the first time I meet from raw liver. I'll have to try your recipe.
Galleon-6
An interesting recipe!
OlgaMSK
kolobashka, I was also at first skeptical about the idea. But when I tried the finished product, I realized that it was IT! :-)
Galleon-6, try it, you won't regret it :-)
Longina
Thanks Olga! I want to try to cook this pate in the Brand multicooker-pressure cooker, the cooking time is very attractive.
OlgaMSK
Longina, be sure to try it, you won't regret it!
Rada-dms
Often I cook different pates, this method must be tested!
Rada-dms
OlgaMSK, Olya, excuse me, I am not writing from home from the phone, in gratitude I wanted to say: "Thank you very much for the idea !!"
OlgaMSK
Rada-dms, please always, I hope that you will enjoy it as well as me
plasmo4ka
Olya, thanks for the recipe! +5! I take it to the bookmarks!
But there is a question: 10 minutes for sat down, ate - is enough, but what if for future use (for canned meat in an autoclave, 30-40 minutes is recommended)? How long can you store? Have you tried it?
Kara
Oh, Olga, how interesting! All my aggregates are also without such a function. But what do you think will work in the microwave? In your instructions for moulinex, the temperature conditions (or power) for each program are not indicated by the case? So I think, if you put 900 in the mic, then how many minutes you need
mur_myau
Thanks, very interesting. I planned it. And necessarily in small banks? And if done in half a liter? Have you tried taking a larger volume?

What is the temperature of the Quick Cook? Warms to a boil?
I want to try it on a multi-cooker, there is no such program in my multicooker.
OlgaMSK
plasmo4ka, so I tried to put this tender stew for 15 minutes, so the taste was not the same at all.I put the stew out of meat for 1.5 hours .... Longer than 3 days until the table is pâté, eaten
Kara, I don't think it will work in the microwave, but in your Brand 6060 multitasker at high pressure it will work out great in 10 minutes
mur_myau, I have not yet tried to do in half-liter, it is more convenient to store in small ones. Your multicooker has pressure cooking (pressure cooker function), so this is what you need
plasmo4ka
Olga, thanks!

There is such a function! I now have a cartoon vitesse pressure cooker. And the time to choose the same? Ten minutes?
OlgaMSK
mur_myauyes 10 minutes

And the pressure cans will not burst?
OlgaMSK
Kara, I have repeatedly cooked according to this recipe at high pressure, I can assure you 100% that the cans do not burst (I was also afraid for the first time)
Kara
Oh, Olenka, God grant you a rich husband! Right on the weekend and try it out!
OlgaMSK
Kara, thanks be sure to write about the result
MariV
I just did it, I'm sitting there, hamster with black bread - I dreamed of losing weight, yeah.

What can I say - it looks more like a light, airy soufflé, I did it like this in the Brand 6050 pressure cooker - 10 minutes on "Steam". Very good recipe, thanks!
OlgaMSK
MariV, I'm glad that I liked it, I still can't start losing weight ... either pate, dolma, or khinkali, and the pate will become thicker when it cools well.
MariV
You can eat more airy pate ...
Mila61
OlgaMSK, awesome pate !! Delicate, delicious! I liked it very much! Thanks for the good recipe! The only thing I can add, if I may, is to add raw minced meat 2/3 of the jar. In my finished form, the paste came out of the jars, lifted the lids. It's okay, of course, it kept on the jar well, didn't fall (didn't slip) into the saucepan. Now I will make pate the only way. Thanks again!
OlgaMSK
Mila61, I'm very glad that you liked the pate I also put incomplete jars, I forgot to write about it
I no longer cook according to another recipe, this one won me over
skate
Good day! Tell me, did you make this pate only with chicken liver? With others it will not work?
MariV
I did it with pork liver. Everything worked out.
OlgaMSK
skateI think any other liver will work well. But I only did it with chicken.
Again, notifications of new replies stopped coming ...
skate
Thank you, then I'll also try the pork. And another question, if the jars are 0.3 or 0.5 liters, is the cooking time too?

Grind all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Olya, when to add butter and cream? to the scrolled liver before putting it in jars?
OlgaMSK
skate, you know, I have not yet tried to cook in jars of a different size. I specially have these 3 jars for pate.
Firecracker, throw everything into a blender at once (liver, spices, butter, cream) and grind everything together.

I just did it, I’m sitting, hamster with brown bread - I dreamed of losing weight, yeah.

Lose weight for health!
If for this pate you take 500 grams of chicken liver and 200 grams of 10% cream, then for 100 grams of the result there will be 144KK (17g of protein, 7g of fat and 1g of carbohydrates). Almost like lean beef.

If you compare it with the same Russian cheese (346KK, 25/30/1) - so for me this pate is better. At least twice as good.
Tricia
Oh, what a wonderful recipe!
I took it to the bookmarks, today I'll try to make it in 0.5 liter cans in Shteba.
Mirabel
How can this recipe be adapted for a regular multicooker?
OlgaMSK
EagleB3, you forgot the butter and this is another 570 calories unfortunately
Mirabel, I have not tried, but if you do, then you need to put on 40 minutes ...
Mirabel
OlgaMSK, And at what temperature to cook?
OlgaMSK
Mirabel, I won't tell you about the temperature, I have never come across a manual setting of the temperature, I know that in the Extinguishing mode
Mirabel
OlgaMSK, Well, great! It means that I will try to do it for sure! Thank you so much!
OlgaMSK
Mirabel, please always write how it happened
Albina
An interesting recipe My cartoon doesn't have such a function.
Song
Every time I see this topic in the right column, for some reason I read: Super tablet ...
OlgaMSK
Song*, yeah, stewed in a slow cooker
Tricia
I am reporting and thank you very much!
I immediately apologize for the lack of photos and recipe changes.

I made a superpate in the Shteba's multicooker in 0.5 liters. jars. Holds 3 jars, filled with pate up to the shoulders. I poured water into Shtebochka's bowl up to the "maximum" mark, cooked on the "vegetables" program, 0.7 pressure 15 minutes + on heating for 4 minutes. After cooking, the temperature was 111 degrees. In the middle of the jar, a liquid is noticeable, which does not exfoliate, but permeates the pate. The pate itself is very delicate, fragrant (it's good that I added the onion, its smell makes the smell of the liver less harsh, but for me this is important, since I don't really like the liver). I'll see how it will be spread cold.

Initially there were 800 grams of liver, but less cream than needed. I had to improvise and replace the lack of liquid with a fried onion (2 onions). Oil - by prescription. Spices: 0.5 tsp ground dry garlic into dust, 1 tsp. dry paprika, 0.5 tsp. ground black pepper, 0.25 tsp. seasonings for chicken, salt.
I did not whisk the pate a little in the mixer, so there are small grains of liver, a little larger than the bulk - it does not bother me.
We spread the hot mass on bread - it crumbles slightly, while we scoop it up from the jar, but it spreads perfectly!
Most importantly, it prepares amazingly quickly and effortlessly!

OlgaMSK, thank you very much from me and my husband!

PS We tried the pate cold in the morning: it smears better, it became more pasty. The cat just went crazy - she demands a piece (usually store meat products do not attract her).
Result: EXCELLENT!
Albina
Anastasia, so appetizingly painted
For breakfasts, the most should be done for a change.
Tricia
Albina, I highly recommend! It turns out super tasty. I myself have already sentenced almost half a 0.5 liter jar of bread. And I don’t like the liver!
