Ingredients

Butter 150 gr.
Sour cream 15-20% 2 tbsp. l riding
Eggs 4 things.
Sugar 180 g
Vanilla pudding bag (for filling) 0.5 pcs.
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt pinch
Vanilla sugar taste
Strawberry 15-20 pieces of medium size
Vanilla Cream Milk on prescription
Flour 2 - 2.5 tbsp.

Cooking method

  • Delicate, moist, crumbly, mouth-melting pie with vanilla sauce and strawberries inside.
  • Sweep half the portion in five minutes!
  • This recipe uses pre-made vanilla pudding. Whoever is not lazy, you can cook it yourself according to your favorite recipe - it will turn out even tastier!
  • - From half a packet of vanilla pudding mix, cook the sauce using the instructions. Check for sugar !!! Some semi-finished puddings require added sugar. Cover with foil.
  • - Prepare strawberries by washing and drying them, and cut them in half, large berries into four parts. Better use hard berries, you can slightly unripe.
  • - Whip the butter with sugar, gradually add salt, eggs, sour cream (cream), without stopping whipping.
  • - Mix the flour with baking powder and quickly knead the dough like a very thick pancake, so it shouldn't drip off the spoon.
  • - Mix the strawberry dough very gently and place on a greased baking dish, sprinkled with flour or on baking paper.
  • Pie with strawberries (berries) and vanilla sauce inside the dough
  • - Then, with a spoon or a spatula, we make depressions in the dough and put 1 tbsp into these depressions. spoon slightly cooled cream, without reaching the bottom. (I added 1 tbsp of egg and banana liqueur to the cream.)

  • - We put to bake at a temperature of 170 gr. until golden brown.
  • - Take out the cake carefully !! We shift and wait for cooling !!!
  • - If you cut it hot, then a fraction of the vanilla cream flows out, which is also very tasty. If warm, then the sauce will be like a thick cream.
  • In the cooled cake, some of the cream is absorbed into the dough!
  • If you want a very golden brown, you can use a little! sprinkle the top with sugar and scatter the almond flakes on top.
  • Glass 250 ml.

Note

You can bake this cake without cream, you get a delicious cake with berries, but the cream is all the zest.
Sour cream can be replaced with cream or butter.
This time I "attached" a spoonful of corn flour and a spoonful of starch to the common part of the flour, it turned out great!
I cooked vanilla cream from a whole package, it went very well for serving! Next time I will cook a double portion and the whole cream will go into the filling.

fried sunflower seeds give a funky flavor, not even comparable to nuts and budget. in not sweet, I put sugar in the dough in the same way as in sweet. still delicious! I think when there are a lot of eggs, they need to be beaten well with butter or sugar, if with butter, before adding one at a time. Well, there may still be such a result when the dough is mixed for a long time and strongly.
