Cold vinaigrette soup

Ingredients

Beans 2 tbsp. l
Potato 2 pcs.
Baked / boiled beets 1 PC. small, about 100 g
Pickled / pickled / pickled cucumbers 2-3 pcs.
Carrot 1 PC. small, about 50 g
Garlic 1-2 teeth
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Greens 2-3 st. l
Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Beans, if dry, soak (in the refrigerator), changing the water as often as possible, and cook in fresh water. Shortly before being ready, add carrots, cut into small cubes, and potatoes, cut into larger cubes. Cook - cool. Cut cucumbers and baked / boiled beets into small pieces or grate them on a coarse grater. Cut the onion into thin quarter-rings, chop the herbs, press or chop the garlic. Mix, season with vegetable oil, add salt, add pepper and sugar to taste.
