Polaris multicooker vegetable stew with pork

Ingredients

Pork 200 g
Potato 2 Kg
Zucchini 2 pcs
Tomatoes 4 things
Carrot 2-3 pcs
Onion 1-2 pcs
Flour 1 tbsp. l
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Bay leaf
Peppercorns
Dill, parsley

Cooking method

  • Cut the pork into pieces. You can take more pork (500 g), but I like it when the taste of vegetables is felt in the vegetable stew, so I take 200 g. We set the "Fry" program for 20 minutes. Fry the pork. after it is browned, add onions and carrots. I cut carrots in a stew either in circles or in cubes. Fry the onion until transparent. Next, add the tomatoes cut into cubes. many pour boiling water over them to remove the skin. the tomatoes are usually added last, but I add at this stage to allow the meat to absorb the flavor. Add salt, pepper, fry for a few minutes. turn off the "Fry" program.
  • We cut the potatoes into cubes, we also do with the zucchini. If the zucchini is young, then you do not need to remove the skin. Add potatoes, zucchini to the pressure cooker, then a tablespoon with a heap of flour (to thicken the soup), salt, pepper, paprika. Mix and fill with hot water. Just keep in mind that how much water you add, so much will remain, it practically does not evaporate. in any case, water should not cover all vegetables.
  • We expose the program "Buckwheat" for 20 minutes. Then let it stand on heating for an hour. (thanks to Shelena for the advice) I mixed it once during the heating process. After an hour, turn off the heating, add bay leaves, peppercorns and herbs.
  • Bon Appetit!!!
