Sweet puff ravioli in the Philips HD9235 Airfryer

Ingredients

Yeast-free puff pastry 1 square
or
Wheat flour 100 g
Water 50 ml
Salt on the tip of a knife
Sugar 2 tsp
Butter 1/4 pack
Filling
Apple 2 pcs
Starch 2 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • You can take ready-made puff pastry. Or you can cook it at home.
  • If we choose the second option, then we knead the dough from flour, water, salt and sugar. After kneading, let it sit for 20-30 minutes.
  • Then we begin to roll out. Of course, it is easier to do this on a dough sheeter. Roll it out to medium thickness (I have Imperia, roll it out to 4-3). Lubricate the rolled dough with a thin layer of butter softened at room temperature. Fold the dough in half. Lubricate with oil again. Add again. So many times until it can no longer be folded again. Sprinkle the dough with flour and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours in a bag so that the butter grabs.
  • As the butter grabs, you can take out the dough and roll it out again. Roll out again to medium thickness. And again we grease with oil and fold, greasing each layer with oil. Put it back in the refrigerator. We act quickly so that the oil does not have time to melt and "grease" the layers.
  • We repeat the procedure one more time.
  • After the butter has taken hold this time, you can roll it out again, this time to make the ravioli.
  • If we use ready-made dough, then cut the square in half and roll the half lengthwise.
  • So, roll out the dough.
  • We take the ravioli mold, grease it very lightly with butter and sprinkle with flour (otherwise it will be difficult to remove the ravioli from the mold), shake off the excess by simply turning the mold over.
  • We lay out the dough over the form. We put the filling in each cell. In this case, a chopped apple mixed with sugar and starch. Lay the second layer of dough on top.

  • At this stage, when using homemade puff pastry in butter, the mold must be removed to the refrigerator for the butter to set. This will make the ravioli easier to remove from the mold.
  • If we use ready-made puff or homemade margarine, then you can skip the refrigerator.
  • Roll the shape with a rolling pin. This will cut through the dough.
  • If there are a lot of fillings (with top), then rolling the mold is more difficult. In this case, you can use a narrow roller and roll directly along the cuts.
  • We remove the raviolki from the mold. First, I hook the corner with a wooden skewer.

Well, you are teasing at night. Don't you bake in Shteba anymore? Or is it your new toy? I just didn't understand why to smear with oil. What does it do?
Manna
Oh, I haven't baked puff in Shteba for a long time
And I didn't understand ... what to lubricate with oil?
kirch
Oh, Mannochka, I'm sorry. I didn't read it carefully. Butter is when you make the dough yourself. It probably tastes better. But troublesome
Manna
Yes, Lyudochka, homework I like better Troubled? Not to say that much. This does not take much time. But, of course, it is much faster to defrost the purchased one.And homemade ... you can also do a lot at once and freeze
Kokoschka
Manna, you are a wizard, but what about the form for the ravioli, do you like what you have?
Manna
Lilechka, thanks. I have a form not so long ago, but I like it. Raviolki are smooth, beautiful. I make dumplings in it
Kokoschka
This one is 12 pieces, right?
Manna
right
Elena Tim
Mann, are you kidding me, chtola? Do I want to want the same raviol now ?!
What groszy little pies! It's a miracle!
Manna
Lenochka, you described how easy it is to cook ravioli with a dough knife, without any forms there

So what?! I still want a mold! Fsya is already itching!
It seems not necessary ... but the eyes are envious! Grabbing little hands!
Manna
Yes, yes, and such round, smooth raviolki from this form are obtained
gala10
Yeah, beauty is a terrible power!
You also have to want raviolnitsa ???
Thank you, Mannochka, per recipe!
Manna
Check mark, thank you dear!

Well, I don't know, here Lenochka here he prefers to make raviolchi just with a dough knife - it's faster that way, says
Rada-dms
Thank you, it's just great! Moreover, I have three types of raviolnits of different shapes, well, and an air fryer, where can I do without it !!!!

Do you really prefer anything with you for more than a couple of days ?!
I, since yesterday, prefer to prefer raviolnitsa!
I'm already hitting myself on the hands, but they still reach for the button "Order", vipers!
Eh ... Lan, I'll go a little more preference, we can calm down in the end.

Mannochka, accidentally came across your recipe while reading the topic of dough rollers))
Thank you, I will definitely try these with cherries, because now in DeLonghi I can bake a whole bunch at a time!

I really, really love this mold for large ravioli, although I read it - some were unhappy with it. True, for two years I did not do anything in it, I stuck it in the far corner under the stream along with the dough roll, somehow there was no mood at all, no time. And then my friend bought herself a raviolnitsa (another), now she chooses a good rolling, in short, she cheered me up, and I "return to myself", as the desire arose, and the time was immediately found))

Yes, yes, yes, the cherry will be just a fairy tale.
I love this form too, but I still look towards the bottomless.

Mannochka, tell me, please, after the stage of smearing the dough with oil and the refrigerator, do you roll it out on a dough sheeter or manually?
Manna
Marysya27, first by hand to an acceptable thickness, and then on a typewriter.
Marysya27
Thank you. I worked with a dough sheeter only with unleavened dough. I read from one of the girls that rolling the sand machine gets dirty, and the salty machine somehow presses wrong.
I will try
