Ingredients

young potatoes (preferably small tubers) 10-15 pieces
sunflower oil 0.5 tbsp.
cloves of garlic 5 items
Bay leaf 5 items
vinegar 1-2 tbsp. l.
greens (parsley, dill, basil)
salt 1 tsp
pepper

Cooking method

  • I saw a similar recipe on the site, but I think mine is different. Although the moderators will know better))
  • So here's an excellent dish from Jamie Oliver: a delicious young potato with a crispy crust. The recipe with my changes.
  • We take young small potatoes. Small ones are better fried.
  • Wash thoroughly, fill with water and set on a high fire. Cook after boiling for 7-8 minutes.
  • We drain the water. Blot the potatoes with a paper towel.
  • Salt, pepper.
  • Pour vegetable oil into a cup (originally olive oil, but I don't like it). We bathe each potato in oil and put it in a mold (I line the mold with a silicone mat).
  • We bake for 30 minutes at 200 C.
  • Preparing the fill:
  • Do not peel the garlic. Crush with a knife.
  • Put garlic, not very finely chopped herbs, bay leaf, sunflower oil, salt, vinegar in a bowl. Let it infuse while our potatoes are baked.
  • After 30 minutes, we take out the potatoes.
  • Press the potatoes a little with a crush.
  • Put a potato filling on each potato.
  • Crispy baked potatoes
  • We send it to the oven for another 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

  • We take it out and enjoy))
  • Crispy baked potatoes
  • Optional: to complete the gustatory feast, we jump into the cellar for a bottle of good homemade wine.

Great recipe! I tried it today. She covered the form with foil and slightly reduced the baking time somewhere 20 + 20. It turned out very tasty, the crust is so crispy.But next time I probably won't add vinegar, it seems to me it drowns out herbs and garlic.
