Orange-chocolate brownies with banana (Brownie maker Tristar)

Ingredients

Orange juice 150 ml
Dark chocolate 90 gr (1 tile)
eggs 2 pcs
sugar 1/3 cup
cocoa powder 1 tbsp. l. (about 15 g)
instant coffee 2 tsp
olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
baking powder 1 tsp
flour 200 g
banana 1 large

Cooking method

  • Finally, I tried out my new unit. Despite the fact that this purchase was "add-on" to an online order and did not seem to like it very much (there are two cupcake makers), I am absolutely satisfied with the purchase!
  • Let's get started!
  • Heat the orange juice (I had the usual one from the bag), melt the chocolate in it (you don't need to boil it, just so that the chocolate completely melts), remove from the stove, add coffee, mix thoroughly.
  • Beat eggs with sugar until white. If you use unsweetened fruit-berries as an additive or want a sweeter dessert, you can increase the sugar rate. With this amount, the dessert is not sugary, but moderately sweet. Add olive oil (odorless sunflower oil is also possible) and cooled chocolate-coffee mixture to the beaten eggs, mix at the lowest speed of the mixer. Sift cocoa, flour and baking powder, mix and add to the liquid mixture. Mix gently. The consistency of the finished dough is like a very thick sour cream.
  • Put in a preheated brownie maker in each compartment 1 tbsp. l. Put a slice of banana on top, press it lightly into the dough.

  • Bake for 10 minutes.

Note

Although in fact these are not brownies (since real brownies are baked in the oven and have a characteristic crispy crust on top), they taste very much like them, therefore, forgive the creators of the chocolate delicacy, these pies can rightfully bear the big name "BROWNIE "
Anything can be used as a fruit addition (apples, pears, peaches, cherries, etc.), it is important that the filling is no more than 1/3 of the dough in each cell.
The resulting dessert has a pronounced chocolate-coffee taste, in general, unexpectedly arriving guests received a decent "tea with sweets", which they "ran" to (although they brought a martini, but there was nothing to hint at tea)
