Spicy potato curls in the Philips HD9235 Airfryer

Ingredients

Potatoes young 3-4 pcs.
Garlic 1 clove
Greens (dill, parsley) 1 bundle
Salt, red hot ground pepper taste
Ground coriander, ground dill seed taste
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Turn the multi-oven on for 5 minutes at 200 ° C.
  • Chop the potatoes. I did it on large Berner "waffle" grater (it will be thin on the standard).
  • Dry the potatoes with a paper towel.

Mannochka, what is this new device - a multi-furnace? Do we have anything about her? Tell me I don't need THIS ... well, please ... well, please ...
But in general, of course, class !!!!
Thank you!
Manna
Check mark, so that's the same Temka about multi-furnace, this is a descendant of the air fryer

Mannochka, with the initiative and thanks for the video.
Manna
Irisha, thank you dear!

By the way, I really like using the Berner Large Waffle to cut vegetables for baking or grilling. The very same size turns out Spicy potato curls in the Philips HD9235 Airfryer

Mannyun, potatoes in! ... My current would say: "It will not be enough!"

really like using the big "waffle" from Berner
How's that? Whether without an insert? And do you have classic or deco?
Manna
Ksyunechka, thank you dear!!! Well ... we don’t eat a lot of potatoes (there’s never more than one serving)

No, this is a large waffle. It is larger than usual.
Here is to compare the size of the slices (photo from the office. Site)

I have both waves: both standard and XXL

Aaaaa, you have absolutely the last and both besides. I forgot about them, to be honest, I hadn't been in Berner's topic for a hundred years. Then the classic will suit me, in it there will be a wider and thicker wave (but not the same, of course, as on XXL) than on deco-old.

Oh, Ksyu, here I do not know what to say. The difference between mine is very large (2 times exactly). And I don't have yours. So I can't compare

I really like XXL for zucchini in a contact grill. There, just such a height is obtained, and it is the courgette ribs that turn red.

Well fisyo! I also want to lose such a potato cutter! Soooo beautiful! Mannyun,
Listen, but I didn't understand, in the picture - the potatoes are cut into waffles, but yours is somehow different, just wavy. I want that too. How did you do that?
Manna
Lenok, you must first cut the potato lengthwise, fixing it in the holder, and then chop it on the "waves". Explained clearly, didn't? Well, or first chop the waves, and then cut them across the waves
Elena Tim
Ah, now everything is clear. Well, it turned out sooo beautifully! Now I will hunt for the cutter!

Mannochka, I report: the first experience in AFochka was this one:

Sooooo delicious !!!
Thanks for the recipe!

Check mark, I like this potato more than others
I see you are happy with the purchase

Yes, Mannochka, I was very pleased with the result. The main thing is that it looks like nothing. I quite often make grilled potatoes, they turn out to be completely different, rather baked. I haven't done it in a frying pan for a long time, it turns out too oily. But such a potato is wonderful. We will eat even more varied.
And if it weren't for you, I wouldn't have looked at the "Air Fryer" section at all, because I thought it was, again, in a lot of fat.
Thanks for the educational work!
