The bread machine has a quick cooking mode (58 minutes). There are no recommendations and recipes for this mode in the instructions for the stove. How to use it ? What's the recipe for this regimen?
Oleg
veta-I have Panasonic, whose fast program lasts 1 hour 55 minutes. The dough has time to rise, and the bread is baked well, only one and a half times more yeast is needed. I am tormented by vague doubts that in 58 minutes you have, the dough will not have time to rise and bake. But of course you can try. Good luck to you

Veta, do not waste food, it will turn out a complete garbage, I tried it once out of sports interest ...

I have a similar program in kenwood 250 fast 58 minutes. The bread is normal. Has time to come up and bake. But I cooked such bread only a couple of times, since this mode is designed only for pure wheat flour, and in our family, just white bread is somehow not popular. But if you come home and not a piece of bread at home, it helps a lot

Is the amount of ingredients the same for the regular baking mode?

Yes, veta, the number of products is the same, only the yeast is put in 2 times more.
Perform an experiment, if you want.
Panasonic's Skoriy cooks for 2 hours, the quality of the bread is worse (it is denser, lower!) Than in 4 hours in the Basic mode. You have 58 minutes! Baking takes 35-40 minutes, which means only 23 minutes for the dough ... Think for yourself, decide for yourself ... Good luck!

I used this mode a couple of times - I made mustard bread - everything is fine. baked, delicious
the ingredients are the same - only I doubled the yeast (purely intuitively :)

I cooked according to the recipe given in the instructions for my bread maker, now I will not tell the recipe not at home. You should also have a recipe in your instructions since there is such a function.

There was no recipe book for this stove at all, so I ask you to suggest.

I will give a recipe from the instructions for my stove. Cooking time 58min.

For a loaf 750 gr:

Water (48 * C) 230 ml
Soft cheese 40 gr (goat is recommended)
Powdered milk 2 tbsp. l (can be replaced with natural, reducing the amount of water)
Salt 2 \ 3 tsp.
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Small black pepper 1 tbsp. l. (? - well, so it is written ...)
Wheat flour 410 gr
Oil 1 tbsp. l. (you can take vegetable)
Dry yeast 3 tsp

one more recipe (750gr):

Water (48 * C) 270 ml
prepared pesto 45 ml (I don't know what it is, maybe someone will tell you ...)
Powdered milk 1 1 \ 3 tbsp. l. (20ml)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 1 \ 3 tbsp. l.
Flour 450 gr
Dry yeast 3 tsp

Art. l = 15ml
Ch. L. = 5 ml

True, I did not bake these recipes ...

If you are going to bake, write what happened.

The recipes should be used only for orientation. A stable result will be obtained if the principles of baking are observed. Read the topics for beginners - everything is detailed there, laid out on the shelves ... Good luck and success!

Veta, Alim correctly pointed out that quick bread needs water warmer than plain bread, well, and if you are not confused 3 spoons of yeast for 400-450 grams of flour, then this recipe was in my instructions:

water (32-35aboutC) - 250ml
flour - 400g
powdered milk - 4 tsp.
salt - 1 tsp.
sugar - 3 tsp.
oil - 1 tbsp. l.
dry yeast - 3 tsp.
veta
thanks, I understood about water, I have it in the instructions too

Yesterday I made bread according to the "Quick Cooking" program. I'm happy with the result. The bread has risen and baked, however, the crust is a little lightish, but this is probably due to the fact that I did not set the mode for the crust. The only thing, it seemed to my husband that there is a smell of yeast, but as for me, then. it's ok
Admin

Unfermented dough, hence the yeast smell.

If bread to taste - bake for health
Lydia
From today, I have a Binaton 1008 in a couple of Panasonic-255. There is a 1 hour fast cooking mode. 40 minutes (I haven't baked it yet, so I can't say anything about the quality of the bread.) But the instructions say that this is for baking soda bread. Does this mean that you can bake muffins too? Well, load the ingredients, and HP will do the rest?
Nevushka
Yes, muffins and charlottes can be baked in this mode.
