Meatballs with cheese (Steba DD1)

Ingredients

Minced chicken 800-900 gr
Mozzarella cheese 250 g
Mashed canned tomatoes (or fresh, grated on a fine grater) 500 g
Onions, garlic, parsley, salt, spices taste

Cooking method

  • 1. We turn on the multicooker in the "frying" mode for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Finely chop the onion and garlic. At the signal, add vegetable oil, fry the onion and garlic until transparent.
  • 3. While the onion is fried, prepare the minced meat, as we are used to. I just minced the chicken, salted, added a little chopped garlic and basil greens.
  • 4. We make small cakes from minced meat and wrap pieces of mozzarella (or any other cheese) in them. Form balls, roll in flour. Place on a plate lightly sprinkled with flour.
  • 5. Add tomatoes to a saucepan with fried vegetables. They can be anything fresh or canned. The main thing is that it should be a rubbed mass. Salt and pepper to taste. Let it boil a little. Caution! Tomato puree can spit, so as soon as it boils, turn off the multicooker.
  • 6. Put our meatballs in the prepared sauce, a little fresh parsley on top. We close the pan with a lid. Meat mode, 10 minutes at maximum pressure.
  • 7. It is good to use rice, pasta, potatoes as a side dish. The meatballs have a rather bright taste, so the side dish may not be complicated.

  • Bon Appetit!

Thank you! An interesting recipe, you should definitely try it. And what kind of saucepan did you take, coated? Or steel?
Mams
Try it and tell later how you liked it.

Non-stick saucepan. The steel tomato will burn unambiguously. By the way, if the tomatoes are very thick, it is nice to dilute them with a little water or broth, it will only taste better.
