Gazpacho

Ingredients

Fresh tomatoes 1 kg
Bulgarian pepper 1 PC.
Fresh cucumbers 1-2 pcs.
Garlic half head
Bitter pepper to taste (a lot!)
Salt taste
Sugar 1 tsp with a slide
Dill (as well as parsley, cilantro, rucola, dzhusai, etc. - optional) 1 bundle
Olive oil 1-2 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Peel the tomatoes (however, if this is not done, there will be no trouble either) and chop them in a food processor. Finely chop the pepper, coarsely grate the cucumbers (or finely chop). Squeeze the garlic (or chop), chop the dill. Mix everything, cool, serve with croutons or croutons.
  • If the soup seems too thick, as for me, feel free to dilute with tomato juice or mineral water.
  • Gazpacho
