Quick cherry pie

Ingredients

eggs 4 things
condensed milk 1 can
flour 250 g
baking powder 1.5 tsp
Cherry juice 100 + 50ml
cherry 300 g
strong alcohol
sugar 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • This year we have an early start to the cherry season, which means the time for delicious baking. In my family, products with cherries are especially respected, so my experiments will never end. Today I made the pie "hastily", but nevertheless it turned out very tasty.
  • So, remove the seeds from the cherries (do not pour out the juice) and in a narrow tall container (I did it in a measuring glass from HP) pour strong alcohol (I had a Cointreau), let it stand for about 20 minutes. If you have frozen cherries, defrost, save 150 ml of cherry juice.
  • Beat eggs until stable peaks, add condensed milk, mix at low speed, pour in 100 ml of cherry juice. Add flour and baking powder, mix gently.
  • Pour the cherries into a colander, we still need juice with alcohol.
  • Pour the dough into a multicooker bowl (the consistency of very thick sour cream), put the cherries on top, slightly drowning them in the dough. Bake for 60 + 15 minutes, do not open the multicooker for another 10 minutes, let cool in the multicooker bowl.
  • The result is such a lush pie

  • Add another 50 ml of cherry juice and 2 tsp to the merged alcohol with juice. sugar, let it boil, cool, pour our pie on top.
  • You can sprinkle with icing sugar on top.
  • Quick cherry pie
  • Enjoy your tea!

Note

A very quick dessert with an exquisite sweet and sour taste. Next time I'll try to put more cherries
