Ingredients

Cooking method

  • Biscuit:
  • 1. Beat the yolks with sugar until the volume doubles. Gradually add the sifted flour.
  • 2. Beat the whites until firm peaks, gradually add the starch.
  • 3. Mix both parts very gently. Bake in a split form at a temperature of 1600From about 20-30 min. Cool gradually. It is better to cut it after 3-4 hours. I didn't have time, I cut it into 2 parts at once, so I sat down a little.
  • Meringue:
  • 1. Beat the whites until stiff peaks. Add sugar gradually, continuing to beat until the crystals are completely dissolved.
  • 2. Put on a dry baking sheet and bake at a temperature of 100-1100From 2-3 hours.
  • Custard soufflé:
  • 1. Mix the yolks with sugar and flour. Pour hot milk (250 ml) in small portions. Cook over low heat until thickened.
  • 2. Add softened butter and vanillin to the slightly cooled cream. Add gelatin (boil the swollen gelatin in a water bath with 50 ml of milk until dissolved). Send to the refrigerator for solidification (the cream should not completely solidify).
  • Assembly:
  • 1. Put on the first cake a split form, put strawberries and cherries, then - a little frozen cream. Cover with a second cake layer.
  • 2. Melt the chocolate in a water bath together with milk. Cover the cake with icing.
  • 3. Lay out the meringues, garnish with strawberries.
  • 4. Send to refrigerator for solidification for 1-2 hours.
