Ingredients

Serum warm 300 grams
Wheat flour 250 grams
Whole grain flour 250 grams
Salt 1 tsp
Vegetable oil 5 tbsp. l.
FILLING:
Peas 1 glass
Water 4 glasses
Onion 1-2 pcs
smoked sausage
Soda 1/3 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • First, I make the dough in the Bread Maker, I have a Panasonic. And I put it in the line. Sometimes in the refrigerator, when there is no time, and I bake in 6-10 hours.
  • before baking, I divide all the dough into balls of equal size, about 38 grams, it is very convenient to use a kitchen scale. the dough turns out good in the chapatnitsa, basically it is always inflated, but really all chapatis are different.
  • I make the filling the day before.
  • I wash the peas and fill them with water overnight. In the morning I drain the water and put it on a small fire with 4 glasses of water with salt and soda. Thanks to soda, peas boil very quickly. When almost all the water has evaporated, the peas are usually ready. When the peas are gone I mix them with sausage and onions.
  • True, I made the filling and only from peas, it's also delicious.
  • Along the way, I always do it with cheese, this time Mazdam cheese + rubbed Pormezan. But it is still tastier to cut a tomato. The taste is more interesting.
  • That's it, I fill the chapatis and fix it with a toothpick. I came up with such an idea because I put a lot of filling and fix it in the Airfryer. I warm it up for three minutes, then I bake it at 180 degrees for about three minutes, too. The tray holds three pieces
  • If there is no Air fryer, you can eat like that.
  • I fry the onion and sausage separately.

I would never have thought that the pea filling is so good (I am indifferent to it, to put it mildly), my husband persuaded. How surprised I was that it turns out very tasty. It tastes like a potato, but unlike it, Peas are vegetable protein. which is very pleasing.

P.S NOW I was making chapatis with peas for my husband to work (I have chapatis in the refrigerator separately, peas in a bowl separately and when and how much I take and fill, it's very convenient.
