Margarita, when opening what are the first impressions, was there a smell, how does the case look?
Is the knife removable? Is the whisk attachment easy to put on and off? and Suppose, when cooking mashed potatoes, you need to put it on top of the knives or take out the knife and put the whisk on top?
Nymph
Now my impressions.
Why my pregnant brain, with all the variety of models of blender-soup cookers, decided to buy this particular machine - I cannot explain to you - do not even ask - there will be no at least some reasonable arguments.

Of the entire set of documents that are attached to the blender - the A4 sheet turned out to be the most informative - on which all the instructions for using the device fit. I will try to scan it and lay it out.

So:
1. There are automatic cooking programs: soup, jam, sauce. They differ in cooking algorithms, they also have different times - I can't say anything about the temperature - because I haven't cooked anything on these programs yet.
2. It is possible to cook in manual mode - without automatic programs - the temperature is actually adjustable from 30 ° C to 120 ° C in 10 ° C steps

I, of course, did not read the instructions - and the truth is that - why. Therefore, the first thing I did was grind the butterfly attachment into dust, which is designed exclusively for mixing at only 1 speed. I, without hesitation, bubbled immediately to 4 - well, the result was not long in coming. The knives are good - they have processed the nozzle to the state of nanoparticles.)
So far, the nozzle has not come in handy for me, the knives are located low enough, and they mix well without it - but something tells me that my "butterfly" would fly away at 1 speed - just with less fatal consequences.

The first thing that I cooked was semolina porridge - the size of the finished portion is 2-3 tablespoons - a sore point for me in the near future.
I was very pleased - despite the impressive volume of the jug, such a small portion was prepared without problems.
What pleased:
1.no foreign smell from a plastic glass, or from a lid, or from a double boiler - there was a little smell at the first starts - either the grease inside was burnt, or from the heating element - but neither the jug inside nor the food smelled like anything foreign.
2. I cooked the porridge from already boiled milk at a temperature of 90 ° C - it did not burn.
If you set the temperature to 100 ° C, then it burns only in 1 place - a small speck - what is connected with, I cannot say.

Next, they cooked hot chocolate for the child at 70 ° C - no burning was noticed either - in the same way, 1 small speck in the same place.

I use it almost every day - mainly for making lemonade, fruit drinks, etc. - that is, I heat it up if necessary, but not higher than 40 - 50 ° C. So far I have not brewed anything global.

So far, she was unexpectedly satisfied, since the purchase was spontaneous and thoughtless. There are certainly drawbacks. In general, the device gave me the impression of being slightly "unfinished" - so far I cannot logically formulate the reason - later I think I will explain my idea.
There will be a problem with the photographs, but I will try to make a scan of the instructions and post it.
Nymph
Matilda_81, this nozzle is in fact only for mixing - I can't imagine that it can be whipped in reality - unfortunately, the life of my nozzle turned out to be very short and I will not be able to conduct experiments on making mashed potatoes for it - but I want to try to make mashed potatoes with ordinary knives in the near future - I do not know if it will come out.
You need to put it on top of the knives - it is put, as it is removed, it is suspiciously easy - it is not fixed by anything - that is why it fell so suddenly.
I could not remove the knives - maybe I didn't want to, on occasion I will try.

What turned out to be not convenient for me personally - when cooking at a high temperature - the lid is firmly attached to the jug - I cannot remove it without a silicone mitt

Matilda_81
Most likely the attachment has / had some kind of secret for putting it on. The same problem was with KP Orson, for many the nozzle also fell the death of the brave. A beater would probably be good for beating eggs, making batter
Matilda_81
How quickly does it get to the right temperature?
Nymph
Matilda_81, about the nozzle, it is likely that there was a secret - or maybe not - but the instructions clearly say that it can only be used at speed 1 - you cannot beat any eggs at this speed, a cocktail too, here is the dough - it is quite possible.
another owner appeared in the topic about the 6 in 1 blender - Masinen - it seemed to her that for a long time - I do everything in small enough quantities - she did not even pay attention to this moment
Matilda_81
Still, they provided it for something, you have to buy and figure it out
Nymph
I didn’t manage to upload the scanned instructions normally - that is, it was scanned well - but when I upload it, the nonsense comes out
if you send me the address of your email in a personal - I will send a scan - read it)))
the unit is not bad - but some kind of unfinished
Masinen
Yes, I heated 1.5 liters and there were vegetables with meat in the basket.

It seemed to me that it takes a very long time to boil. It barely boiled in 30 minutes.
The butterfly nozzle flew for me too, but without consequences))
I tried to beat the eggs at 3-4 speeds. After three minutes, the blender turned off, the overheating protection worked.
But I think the liquid will mix the dough, but swing 2 speed. But you still need to know how to dress so that she does not fly.
In general, there was no smell, only during the first heating, smoke went out, the grease burned.
The impressions are not unambiguous.
I did not use automatic programs)
Rada-dms
And you can find out what the diameter of the bottom is, for me this is critical. If it burns and the knives are not removed, then it is easy to scrape off. And does ice and other frozen foods prick?
Masinen
The knives are removable, but I could not unscrew the nut from below, it was very tightly tightened. The diameter is normal, I can not measure it, there is no blender nearby)
Yes, I did minced chicken, but with a plastic bowl insert.
Rada-dms
Masinen, did not understand a little, but what is the plastic bowl placed under the knife? Maybe you need to turn the knife in the other direction?
Masinen
Yes, it goes into a hot bowl, it is inserted when preparing cocktails, etc. It narrows the bottom diameter.
I definitely didn’t figure out what it was for, I made minced meat with this bowl.
Rada-dms
Masinen, maybe, so that it does not smear on the walls. That is, two bowls are attached to the device or is it just inserted into one another? Sorry, I've been tortured here for a month - they can't choose everything!
Masinen
One is inserted into the other.
Nymph
Rada-dms, I measured the bottom diameter of 13 cm - it is real to wash - I wash without any special feats

anyone interested - send your mail in a personal message - I will send scan instructions to everyone
Rada-dms
Masinen, Nymph, Thank you!
Matilda_81
Thank you Margarita for the scan. I read it diagonally, I haven't studied it carefully yet, but why this "butterfly" I don't understand. Do you need to unscrew to remove the knives? Interestingly, then, when staged back, it will fit tightly, will not leak anywhere?
Nymph
I have not yet had the need to remove the knives - I think so - there I need to unscrew the nut - as soon as the camera is brought in - I'll try to put it out.
In general, you can actually get used to it.
Matilda_81
Did you grind something solid in it? how does he handle chopping? nuts, ice?
Nymph
No, I have not tried
I regularly grind lemons and oranges for lemonade - the impressions are ambiguous - there are also large pieces - after the pulse mode
Matilda_81
But the impressions are really ambiguous, perhaps, I will wait a while to buy, I will watch from behind the bushes.
Rada-dms
Matilda_81, I've also looked closely, I'm afraid to recommend something to people! Still, this device is declared as a blender, it should do without any pieces ... Especially the price ...
Nymph
You know, I sometimes have the feeling that my cheap submersible Polaris grinds better than this blender - here it is as if it just smears on the walls
I think the camera will be returned to me one of these days - I will try to capture some moments - so that you can really see what goes out there
In general, the device is not worth its money - in general, like the rest of the same price category
Matilda_81
In fact, the line of multi-blenders is not that wide. Proficuk, Dobrynya, maybe a couple more models. This is from what I saw. Everything else is either sold abroad, or something vague. It is very strange that while no one has picked up this idea, so to speak, en masse, you see, the prices would have become adequate.
Rada-dms
So it's not even about prices, none of these devices performs the basic functions for five-1.-grind like a professional blender, 2.-quickly heat and cook, 3.- have a stirrer located in such a way or having such a shape that nothing did not burn. 4.- have easily removable knives. 5.- the possibility of adjustable temperature.
If there is one, I would buy it right away;)
Masinen
Rada-dms, well then it's just Thermomix or Orson))
Others do not fit your criteria, unfortunately)
Although it burns in Orson.
Remains Thermomix)
Nymph
Masinen, I agree completely, but if I have the amount necessary to buy TM, then I will buy a professional unit - I saw it somewhere on the forum - I really don't know if it will justify its price)))
Masinen
Margarita, it seems to me that you can't think of a better thermomix)
There is still, May is kuku- he is induction. Also cool)
Nymph
Maria, I just don't have an extra fifty dollars yet))))
and besides, I represent my husband's face when I announce the purchase amount
therefore, I think that I will gradually adapt to this device - the process has already started slowly - you just don't need to demand too much from it
Masinen
Margarita, yes, I'm not saying that Bimchik is bad, it's just that you need to find an approach to each device)
Rada-dms
Masinen, honestly, I saw, felt, cooked - no need for nothing !!! Not mine at all, I can argue, but I think it's not worth it;) I like the format of the soup cookers, but they are all unfinished! In principle, in the presence of Chicco - a multicooker (and it does one hundred percent of its declared functions, and now I cook in it all the time), I wanted to have a device for making lemonades, milk from grain, nuts and to make minced meat for sausages. But I also manage with an immersion blender now, because washing the bottom in glasses, unscrewing the knives, then screwing them on is not for my hands. But this could still be accepted if everything else was fine. Maybe you just have to wait! Chicco has a high price tag and cannot crack ice, solid foods, but the appliance is not declared as a blender. Although I have a stationary blender Bork, the beast is simple, the knives are unscrewed, but when Chikko appears, he stands and stands.
Probably, I'll bribe some soy cow in tandem with Chicco, but which one ??
Rada-dms
NymphWhat is this unit ?? In the studio !!!
Matilda_81
So I liked Chikko, but I don't have any blender, chopper, etc., and I also want lemonades, minced meat and cocktails. And I agree about the soup cookers, they are underdeveloped. If I choose between Thermomix and Maikook, I tend to induction. The toad of course strangles. for this amount in Italy you can chop off 5 Furla bags
Masinen
Gulnara, in spain may cook costs 20 or 25 thousand)

It's time to fly to Spain. Only 5-10 thousand more expensive than Orson.

P.S. The appetites of our businessmen are amazing. As if they were delivering from the moon. Or supplies directly from the Martians.
Matilda_81
Mariaif I knew, I was in Spain last summer. scampered around Barça. In the fall I was in Prague and I didn't even have a thought to look for Teskom's store: lol: D I was like a duck on the fifth day

And I, Gul, seems to have bought everything there in 3 times
Nymph
Rada-dms, here is Maikuk
🔗

- for 20-25 - I would buy it))) - only I'm 2 years old now I can't get out anywhere - and now it's too late to go - it will look funny - I rushed to Spain for a saucepan a couple of weeks before giving birth

but I saw another typewriter here on the forum - I can't find it - it's just professional all through and through
Matilda_81
Margarita, I've seen this Eurocat boutique and as if they even sit in the shopping center on Taganka, I work on the Enthusiasts Highway, and for six months I want to run to them, until I see fate.

but I saw another typewriter here on the forum - I can't find it - it's just professional all through and through
what kind of machine, who is, what is the name?
Nymph
Gulnara, I don’t remember - I’ll look for it - if I find a link, I’ll throw it - it seems to me that it even seems to be like Masha posted
Matilda_81
While looking for a link, I can summarize (with everyone's permission). There are several types of heating and grinding devices.
1. Thermomix, Maykuk, Secret, there is also an Italian analogue of Thermomix, I don’t remember the name, sorry. Everyone is good, except for the price!
2. Baby Meal Chicco De'Longhi & Me. An excellent unit, on Olga's page I salivated all over. The price is, of course, overpriced and unfortunately not suitable for chopping meat and ice picks.
3. Multi-blender soup cookers such as Profiquk, Bima. Indeed, the feeling of something indistinct. someone has a glass made of plastic, someone does not have enough power for grinding, someone burns to the bottom. Of the small number of devices, perhaps only the Mulinex soup cooker is more or less. but she also left Russia. and Russell Hobbs didn’t.
4. KP Orsson. He disappeared from their site, in the Internet shops, too, it seems on request. maybe they are developing something new ???
5. There are cars of a slightly different plan, cache 080 series, Clathronic, Boman, Jamie Oliver's multicooker. but this is a little different, all the same, grinding takes place in a different container, and cooking and mixing in a bowl.
For me, at the moment, so I would take something from 1 point (a premium is urgently required) and 5 points (good Kesha has not bothered anyone yet), (one more premium). and would not refuse Moulinex or Russell Hobbs (somehow bring them to us !!!).
Nymph
Gulnara, we have Orsson in MediaMarkte - for 14 something thousand - I don't know - she came up, looked and left.
Matilda_81
Margarita, not impressed?
Nymph
nope - some kind of bulky and awkward
then they were embarrassed by the girls' reviews that it was burning there - how would it matter where it would burn - in a compact device for 6 thousand or in such a bandura for 14 thousand
stood for a while, thought how often I would use it and what I would cook in it - and decided that it would be better to buy a soup cooker, and then, if there were funds, something like a dough mixer clathronic - it would be more practical
Matilda_81
I agree, Margarita... But my soup cooker hasn't found me yet
Nymph
Here I found
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=193859.3640
but I also saw it - I can't find it in any way - it was really positioned there as a professional device
Matilda_81
Cool SHTYUKA, only when it will be possible to communicate at least in one store. Presented teased and not taken. the price is of course oooohh and aaahhhh. but at least touch her with one eye to look
Nymph
I think this will not come to us for a long time)
expensive for the bulk - especially in the regions, and for whom it is not expensive - those, for the most part, do not bother
oh - here's what I found - but this is completely out of the realm of fantasy
