  • For me, this recipe is a successful application of the whey left over from homemade cottage cheese.
  • We make a standard dough kneading in a bread maker, load ingredients, according to your instructions for a bread maker.
  • I do this: I pour warm whey into a container, put sugar, salt, yeast, flour there. The amount of flour you use may differ from the recipe. It depends on the density of the flour, its quality, the thickness and fat content of the whey and other factors. The main criterion is the formation of a "kolobok" (the dough should be collected in a kolobok and not spread over the bowl).
  • I turn on the "Dough" mode, the bread maker starts kneading (I help with a silicone spatula for 10-15 seconds until the bun begins to form. And at this time I pour out 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
  • Laying races. butter at the moment of kneading the bun makes it possible to form it faster and not stick to the walls of the bowl. Checked.
  • Further, the dough according to the program goes through its kneading and proofing cycles, it is suitable. With the last approach, take out the dough, grease the rast. butter a countertop or a kitchen board, put the dough on it, straighten it with our hands to a size of about 20 * 30, grease it abundantly. butter, sprinkle with finely chopped dill, salt a little (this is a must, it will be tastier.top a little more sprinkle with vegetable oil, and roll the dough into a roll.
  • We send the roll to the bread maker on the "Baking" mode - 1 hour.
