I advise you to write in the recipe that you scroll twice! : rose: Thanks for the recipe, inspired!

: girl-yes: Thank you very much! True, I figured out for a long time how to enter a recipe. Next idea to make ham and cabbage! In ham)
Rada-dms
Yulek, If with a white cabbage, then I don't know ... won't it look like stuffed cabbage, smell like stuffed cabbage? But I always add a Chinese salad or an iceberg to the minced meat, our meat here is not juicy at all.
mur_myau
Did you add salt? Or is it in the spice mixture?
Yulek
The gut itself is very salty and there is salt in the spices. I salted it once and the meat was dry. Therefore, you can skip the salt.

And where did you get the spices (for white sausage)? Thank you for the recipe that does not require any special skills and abilities!

No, there will be no cabbage rolls, I'll tell you the rest later. I will add young white cabbage.

You are welcome! The spices are awesome! Very coarsely ground herbs and very fragrant pepper. I ordered ham, spices, intestines and a syringe for stuffing sausages. I was satisfied with everything! I will list what is included in the spices for white sausage "Grandma Emilia's recipe - herbs for white sausage. Carefully selected spices that give a unique taste and aroma to meat, cooked at home. No preservatives and msg ..
Ingredients: black pepper, marjoram, nutmeg. Net weight: 17.5 g I also ordered the same spices for the ham!

Yulek, we are waiting impatiently!

Tell me in the photo Are you stuffing sausages with this syringe? Is the syringe like a meat grinder with a screw and different attachments?
mur_myau
Almost the same question. There is a nozzle on the meat grinder, while it seems to suit me, but I do not always have time to substitute the shell under the minced meat that comes out of the nozzle (the Vitek meat grinder is just a beast, it turns too fast for this).

Now I thought, maybe it will work better with a manual syringe?
How does he work for you?

Are bubbles not formed when filling?
Yulek
crosby, Hi, the syringe goes purely for stuffing sausages with minced meat. He has no principle of a meat grinder. The syringe works only by a mechanic, no electronics. I have a sausage grinder attachment, but I don't use it, it forms bubbles and turns too fast. I am very pleased with this BIOWIN syringe!

Yulek, I have a different brand of syringe, but it looks the same. How does it attach to the table? I'm constantly being sucked off, maybe I'm doing something wrong? At first it holds, and after 2 minutes it spontaneously detaches ...
Yulek
NatalyMur, do not understand, do you have biowin too? I'm doing great. Just not on the tablecloth you need to attach a suction cup. The suction cup is fixed with a holder.
NatalyMur
Yulek, I have a different one, but it looks the same. Sausage manufacturer PG - 392 is called. I probably hurried, it would be better to look for biovinovsky ...
velli
Yulechka, I doubt the choice between the biowin and Hakka horizontal syringe for 3 liters. shown on the key by a meat expert. I also saw a video where two men stuffed intestines with minced meat from a syringe like yours. So: this same syringe was detached from the surface of the table and rolled on its side. The peasant reinforced it and the work continued. Something that didn't inspire me to buy this syringe or at least this type. I would love to hear from you about your Biowin syringe.
Yulek
velli, Good afternoon, I am pleased with my purchase! You know, I thought for a long time how much I needed it, weighed everything for, and so! 1. We take the syringe to nature! (Does not require electricity!) 2. The suction cup works very powerfully, the main thing is that the gum is not damaged, it sticks tightly, you won't move it (the main thing is that the surface is smooth) 3. I want to note that I have a meat grinder with the function of stuffing sausage, but it works very quickly and often tears the intestines. NOT CONVENIENT! Here you adjust the extrusion yourself, it's very convenient to work! 4. And finally, 3 nozzles! I used everything, everyone is needed!
I think all these advantages will satisfy you, as well as me!
NatalyMur
Yulek, excuse me ... but what for on nature to take a sausage syringe?
And something I strongly doubt about his suction cup.
But a syringe like Hakka and the like is really worthwhile!
I really want to part with my aluminum shit on the suction cup.
Sorry to be so rude, just a very painful question.
Yulek
NatalyMur, I don't know a syringe like Hakka, I can't compare, only a meat grinder with a function for sausage gets into the comparison. And about nature, you are in vain!
We are leaving for the Volga for a couple of days with friends, we take ready-made minced meat, make sausage right on the spot, smoke fish, everyone likes it! But I don’t impose to do the same, I just like this thing, it’s not worth it in the back closet idle. The suction cup, I repeat, works great on a flat surface (for example, if you have a slightly rough countertop, it will hold up ... but not for long)
NatalyMur
The Internet can help if you are interested in another syringe besides this aluminum ugliness.
At first, I simply did not stick normally to the table, they solved the problem by drilling a hole in the stand and attaching it to the table with a special fastener, like in manual noodle cutters. I was glad that now there would be no problem. Alas. With the next filling of sausages, the syringe simply fell off the stand - it turned out to be a flat aluminum tube. Now they fixed it with a bracket around the pipe. But the trouble is, when you squeeze this "tube" - it bends - because the aluminum - as a result, the rod does not move normally inside the pipe ... In short, continuous hemorrhoids!
Yulek
NatalyMur, I sympathize with you, but I don't have the same syringe as you!
NatalyMur
Another, I agree!
Maybe biovinovsky has no such problems.
But I have a complete analogue.
Therefore, I will never buy a similar syringe. Better to go broke a little and buy a good quality Hakka type syringe.
mur_myau
NatalyMur,
I did kupaty. I used a biovin syringe, it keeps well on the table. The table was sprinkled with water to make it suck better. I hope you find my experience useful.
NatalyMur
mur_myau, thanks, but not useful anymore, I ordered a normal

you know even when you make sausage in large volumes, you can moisten the nipple well, then the syringe rooted to the spot.
