Cottage cheese buns for breakfast

Ingredients

pasty cottage cheese 250 g
egg 1 PC.
sugar 3 tbsp. l.
flour 150-170 g
baking powder 10 g
soda 1/3 tsp
salt pinch

Cooking method

  • There are a lot of similar recipes for cottage cheese yeast-free buns in the internet, I myself have repeatedly baked similar 🔗... This time I decided to stop at the sweet version. The buns turn out to be unusually airy, fluffy and very, very porous. A cup of coffee with milk is a pleasure.
  • Beat cottage cheese with egg and sugar, add salt and soda - mix. Sift flour with baking powder and knead the dough, it turns out soft, but quite steep, sticks a little to your hands and should not lose shape.
  • Form 8-9 buns with wet hands and place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper at a fairly large distance from each other (buns greatly increase in volume during baking). Bake buns in preheated to 190-200 gr. oven for about 15 minutes. Before baking, you can grease the buns with milk and sprinkle with sugar.

Homemade cottage cheese is large, but fresh, I blended with sugar and two eggs, threw in soda, salt, and sent it to the bread maker, I already sifted flour with baking powder and on the kneading mode. in the process, I poured and poured half a glass of flour onto the eye, maybe more so that the dough gathered a little, but it was sticky, horrible.from the walls did not want to lag behind even with a spatula! Oil saved the situation! a spoon or two, flopped on the eye as I usually flop on bread, all at once gathered in a vague bun. on the board a little more mixed (I love this business) but it was possible not to do it. with oily hands formed 30 balls of 50 gr. 12 for two trays, and put six in the brownie maker. everything anointed with a mixture of honey and butter, sprinkled with sesame seeds. and 15 minutes in the mountains. oven with blower. then sprinkled milk on the grate and that's it!
