Ingredients

Wheat flour, premium 450 gr.
Ripe banana (net weight) + milk 250 gr.
Sugar 100 g
Salt 1 tsp
Butter 50 gr.
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • Mash the banana with a fork. Add milk to the banana puree so that the total weight is 250g. Put all the ingredients in the HP bucket according to the instructions. The program "White bread" weight 750 gr. light crust

Thanks for the recipe! I baked a fragrant loaf in Panasonic 2501 hp according to your recipe. It turned out to be a cross between muffin and bread, yummy. Next time I will bake in the light crust mode, as it is slightly browned with a dark crust.
