Ingredients

Wheat flour, premium 3.5-4 tbsp.
Baking powder 3 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp. l
Salt 1 tsp
Butter 60 gr.
Kefir (warm) 1.5 tbsp.
Glass 250 ml.

Cooking method

  • Do you urgently need bread or something tasty for tea? This recipe is simply irreplaceable! The buns themselves have a neutral flavor. Make a depression in the middle, pour in warm kefir, stir. Gradually adding the rest of the flour, knead into a soft dough

There was no butter, I put the vegetable oil, rolled buns, put them in the oven and after a minute I remembered that I hadn’t put the baking powder At the pace I pulled them out, transferred them into the pan and kneaded as best I could, stuck them again and baked them.
