Lazy dumplings baked in mushroom sauce with vegetables

Ingredients

For dumplings dough:
Ice water 3/4 cup
Egg 2 pcs
Salt 1/2 tsp
Starch 1 glass (250gr)
Flour 2 glasses
Any mince (I have chicken) about 800 gr
For mushroom sauce:
Butter 50 g
Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
Flour 1 tbsp with a large slide.
Water from defrosting porcini mushrooms 2 glasses
Any broth (you can just water) to the desired thickness of the sauce
Mushroom seasoning
Fresh zucchini 6 pcs
Fresh tomatoes 6 pcs
Defrosted porcini mushrooms
Cheese 300 g

Cooking method

  • Measuring glass 250g.
  • It all started with the fact that I undertook to sculpt dumplings in children's quiet hour. I thought I'd have time. But the kids categorically refused to sleep. And they really wanted to help. I had to speed up the process because the kitchen was threatened with natural disaster. It turned out very tasty and interesting.
  • So, from the ingredients for the dough, we make a classic dumplings dough. I really like this recipe, because my harvester makes it without any problems. Then put the dough in a bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • I fill the minced meat completely: chopped onions, chopped garlic, salt and spices.

  • Then I roll out the dough over the plastic in a dough sheeter into strips of any length. You can, of course, with a rolling pin.

  • I cut the strips into rectangles about 10 cm in length and spread the minced meat without fanaticism so that the filling does not climb. Lazy dumplings baked in mushroom sauce with vegetables
  • I roll the strips smeared with minced meat into rolls.

  • There were 35 rolls. I froze everything at once on sliced boards dusted with flour. I took out frozen porcini mushrooms from the freezer to the refrigerator. I won't say exactly how much. She thawed all night in colorant, collecting liquid.
  • The next day I decided to pile a dish.
  • First I make the sauce. In a frying pan, butter and olive oil. Warmed up well, but not burn. Then flour and stir thoroughly to brown a little. Then pour in the liquid from the mushrooms and stir so that the flour dissolves without lumps. I have about 2 glasses of liquids. Then I boiled the sauce, salted and brought the broth to the desired thickness. Seasoned with mushroom seasoning.

  • Now I put the dumplings rolls on a preheated pan with vegetable oil without defrosting. Fry on both sides until gold, but do not dry!

  • Young zucchini cut into thick circles. Tomatoes are also thinner.
  • Now a large dish (I have a large shape - 3.6 liters, 36 by 26) lay out a layer of zucchini, then rolls, sauce, then mushrooms and tomatoes.

  • The photo shows a slightly different layout, but I realized the mistake in time and shifted it.
  • No liquids pour! Zucchini and tomatoes gave juice. Covered with foil and put in the oven. Then she removed the foil and sprinkled with grated cheese.

Ira, thanks for the idea - to freeze the rolls, I myself did not guess for anything)) I periodically make Babi's tongues - the same rolls, only with carrots and onions, but every time I have to mess around for a long time, and sometimes a lot, I ice the finished dish, and it is not so tasty afterwards. Well, just great! And then today I cleaned up the remnants of minced meat and dough - here I sculpted dumplings, pasties for several days, today I made lazy ones, I'm so tired of it)) but I didn't figure out how to freeze, although I also rolled out the dough on a typewriter, if only it was faster)
Thank you! Well, for sure - all ingenious is simple!
