Cooking method

  • The arugula and wild rice salad is a super salad, I've been eating it for months now and it still doesn't bother me, but today I replaced the wild rice with sprouted oats and added a few young lettuce leaves, a variety rich in iodine. It turned out very well too;) The main thing is to use young leaves and it is advisable not to cut them into a salad!
  • For two - large portions:
  • 2 handfuls of young arugula
  • 1 avocado, slightly soft (cut into 4 pieces lengthwise and each slice diagonally into pieces less than 1 cm thick)
  • 2 regular sized cucumbers (peeled and diced)
  • Finely chop the green onion with the white part (2 arrows), parsley, cilantro.
  • Salt (preferably black chatwerg) and pepper to taste.
  • Lemon juice - about 1 tablespoon
  • LINSEED OIL IS MANDATORY for us (replace if intolerant)
  • Boiled warm wild rice (I boil 1 cup and the resulting rice is enough for 2 times) or sprouted grains of your choice - 2-3 tablespoons.
  • The variant of the salad with warm rice completely replaces the second course for those who want to grow thin.

  • This is a variation of a pre-mixed salad with wild rice.
  • P.S. The most healthy salad and unbeaten taste! With a complete intolerance to flaxseed oil, I advise you to replace it with rapeseed oil (any other), greens for decoration can also be chosen according to your taste.
