Zucchini stew with chicken and cheese (Philips 3134/00)

Ingredients

small squash 3 pcs
chicken fillet 300 g
bulb onions 1 PC
carrot 1 PC
low-fat cheese (9-17%) 100 g
tomato paste 1 tbsp. l.
water of necessity

Cooking method

  • Cut the courgettes into cubes, grate the carrots, finely chop the onion. Turn on the Stew mode for 1 hour 30 minutes, put the vegetables and diced chicken fillet, salt and spices in a bowl, mix, add a little water (the zucchini will then give a lot of liquid).
  • Stir a couple of times while stewing. When 1 hour has passed, add tomato paste (you can replace it with ketchup or tomatoes in your own juice). When ready, gently stir in finely grated cheese in portions until it is completely distributed in the stew.
  • Delicious, hearty stew and no calories!
