Almonds (shredded) 20 gr.
Oatmeal (fast) 2 tbsp. l
Sugar 1/4 Art.
Salt 1/4 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp. l
Dough:
Eggs (SB) 2 pcs.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Salt 0.5 tsp
Butter 80 gr.
Flour 1 tbsp.
Baking powder 1 tsp
Rhubarb (net weight) 1 tbsp. (= 110 gr.)
Glass 250 ml.

Cooking method

  • For streusel, chop the butter with dry ingredients into crumbs with a knife (or rub by hand)
