Ingredients

Wheat flour, premium 500 gr.
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp
Sugar 1.5 tbsp. l
Salt 1.5 tsp
Vegetable oil 1.5 tbsp. l
Water 190 g
Rhubarb (net weight) 150 gr.

Cooking method

  • Grind the peeled rhubarb with a blender. Put all the ingredients in the HP bucket according to the instructions. Program White bread weight 750 gr. medium crust
  • I baked a loaf 400 gr. flour:
  • Wheat flour, premium 400 gr.
  • Dry yeast 1.2 tsp
  • Sugar 1.2 tbsp. l
  • Salt 1.2 tsp
  • Vegetable oil 1.2 tbsp. l
  • Water 150 gr.
  • Rhubarb (net weight) 120 gr.
  • Wheat bread with rhubarb (bread maker)

Time for preparing:

3 hours 25 minutes

Cooking program:

HP Brand 3801

Note

The bread has a crispy crust and aromatic crumb. Warm smells like baked apples Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take a picture of the whole loaf

Gulnara, many consider rhubarb to be a weed. It grows like a burdock. We planted it 6-7 years ago, so it grows with us (we neither water it, nor fertilize it). Try to plant, maybe it will take root.
