Canned Mackerel Pizza

Ingredients

Wheat flour 350gr
Fresh yeast approx 8gr
vegetable oil 50ml
salt 0.5hl
sugar 0.5hl
water 240ml
canned mackerel
tomato sauce
cheese

Cooking method

  • The dough was kneaded in HP, pizza mode (45 min). From this amount of dough, 2 pizzas are obtained.
  • Grease the dough with tomato sauce (I have canned tomatoes "POMI"). Drain the oil from the mackerel, mash the fish and place evenly on the sauce. Grate cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle on pizza. Top with fresh parsley leaves. Bake for 12 minutes at 200 ºC.

Note

Mackerel - 1 can for 1 pizza.

I like the pizza with fresh fish. Now I'll try with canned food. Thanks for the recipe. Just a little question. How much dry yeast can be replaced with fresh?
GruSha
Natalia., in the original there was 7 grams of dry yeast, but I wanted a thin dough, so I put less.
Tashenka
So how many of them (dry) should you put for a thin dough? 5 grams is enough?
GruSha
3-4 is enough, I think
Tashenka
Thank you! I will definitely try!

What yummy! I have never tried pizza with canned fish. Thanks for the recipe, I will definitely try :)
By the way, I like the recipe for the dough from the book for HP, in my opinion it is called "thin dough"
GruSha

To be honest, this is the first time I've seen such a pizza. Everything is somehow cheese, all sorts of sausages and meat in general, but I haven't seen fish products yet. I will definitely try.
GruSha
Mariatry of course

If I succeed today, I will definitely try
